Review 1：Non speaking English. Not too sure about the breakfast. Cereal and doughnuts.

Review 3：Disappointed there was no public lounge or coffee bar although adjoining Meson was very friendly and helpful for a drink and a snack. The area at the rear of the hotel was small but could have easily been developed as a small terrace or garden which would have been nice. The location was appropriate for my trip but the town was disappointing on a walk-around, especially so as the hotel restaurant didn't serve dinner until 9pm although I know this is typical in Spain.

Review 7：We booked this hotel becuase it was advertised as in Laredo and because it had it's own restaurant. The hotel is not actually in Laredo, you would have to drive and it is not easy to walk to Colindres as there is no pavement over the bridge. We were told when we got there that the restuarant shuts on Mondays. We found another one across the road for cheap and cheerful food. The rrom we had was on the main raod and there was a lot of traffic and lorries.

Review 10：Friendliness of staff. Super decoration of corridors, rooms etc. Before visiting I thought it may be a bit tacky, but in fact the whole building was beautifully done. We had a triple room, which turned out to be a suite with the bed settee for the 3rd person in a separate room, so lack of privacy not an issue. We will certainly stay here again, and recommend it to others. Good value for money,

Review 24：The restaurant closed. No breakfast available as promised and nobody in hotel in the morning. Both off these were promised, however we knew the restaurant was closed in the hotel but had been assured by email that the restaurant was open accross the road but this was closed also.

A great informal restaurant, Meson, with very nice staff and wonderful regional dishes, jamons and a nice glass of wine for affordable prices. An excellent breakfast is served here as well.
