Review 1：Initial welcome was indifferent, the shower is growing mould in many areas. Again a lack of ability to make a cup of tea or coffee in the room. Lack of a washing machine and dryer to wash clothes and no laundrette facilities. Essential when travelling.

Review 17：We had an infestation of bed bugs and were left without anywhere to stay and our car full of our clothes in black bags trying to find a laundrette to have all of our belongings cleaned. We have also now been ignored by the hotel and expected to still pay for our stay.

Review 19：Very friendly staff, pool size is perfect for little kids, very quiet room, strong air con, 10mins walk from a great beach, 2 mins walk from supermarkets! Nice walk along the coast to Juan les Pins (about 3 5mins)

Review 20：The electrics were a bit difficult as had problem with adapters. Our air conditioning didn't work very efficiently as a bit old. Would have liked hotel to serve evening meals but would have stayed anyway.

Review 22：The hotel has a traditional French rustic feel. It's not overly priced or fancy but is a pretty building with lovely clean rooms and great service. There is a swimming pool which is very quiet. The hotel is in a great position and as you need a car with free parking here that is also very handy. I have stayed here twice and will be back.

Review 25：It was very hard to find somebody to check out in the morning when the reception should have been opened according to the timetable. And we could not pay by card because the person we had found could not use the credit card machine. Swimming pool is closed very early.

Beau Site has the feel of a boutique hotel and our room on the third floor was double aspect with amazing views. Lovely pool and chill out area. A very exclusive neighbourhood with Hotel du Cap down the road and some great walks around the Cap, to the lighthouse and around Jardin Thuret. The hotel and car park were well secured and having parking was a real bonus in this area. Lovely restaurant Jardin du Cap was a 10 minute walk up the road with a great set 3 course menu for 28 euros.

Review 90：This hotel is probably right in between Antibes and Juan Les Pins. A bus runs to Antibes and is very reasonable, however the service stops early evening. There is no connection to Juan Les Pins which means a taxi there and back, and they are not cheap. If you have a car it is not a problem but we didn't. We were told there were 2 local restaurants and we ate at both. However, a shuttle bus or better forms of local transport would be a bonus.

Review 95：In truth, there was ambiguity over the type of room we had booked which was below the standard I was expecting. There were very minimal nice 'touches' in the room such as bottles of water. I would have upgraded but this was only available for 1 night which was not unexpected. Disappointing though. Most of the staff were extremely helpful. Would return however but would avoid the rooms on the ground floor!

Review 96：The location. Our intention was to stay on the Cap and the Beau Site was in the perfect location. Bus stop v close by whivh really helped - although the bus stopped running comparatively early so be prepared for quite expensive taxi fares back to the hotel.

Review 97：You get a wi-fi password but it only worked on one device. You couldn't connect several devices, like two phones on one wi-fi. The room was small but that was ok. The problem was only a curtain between the bathroom and the room, no door. And no ventilation so it was humid all the time after the shower and the towels wouldn't dry. Rooms could use some refreshing. Felt old.
