Review 1：No bar fridges in rooms which we needed in summer to keep our own store bought drinks cold. Hotel staff refused to open a bottle of wine we had bought outside the premises to have in our room

Review 3：The hotel is favourably located on the coastal road, with easy access to the nearby Algajola beach. Calvi and Ilè Rousse can be reached in a very reasonable time, except for the almost continuous jam affecting the way into and out of Ilé Rousse, but this not the hotel's fault. Consider 1,5 hrs driving from Bastia ferry terminal, but Calci's airport is very close. Good breakfast selection, both for salty and sweet food. Fair value for money.

Review 9：Evening meal was VERY ordinary (and was a set meal, no a la carte option) - and yet more expensive than anywhere else I ate during my stay (and there are some excellent restaurants in the village), so I'd recommend eating out. It's a bit of a trek to the centre of the village, which is tough in the heat of the day, but actually quite pleasant in the evenings. I'd have liked there to be a 'fridge in the room to store water etc.

Review 11：Thia is a rip of - beware!! Hotel is situated right beside the highway.The pictures make it look like a four star resort, it actually looksmore like it had its peak in the 80s, but has been enough refurbished tokeep the stars. The hotel is not close to the small and quiet village ofAjangola, it is just in the area. But if you fancy a 2 km walk along thehighway, feel free... And by the way, the beach is also across thehighway... All in all, this felt like a getting a cheap ferry fterlookiń in a Cruise magazine. The entertainment and style was the same.Beautiful I'le and Calvi is only 15 min away, no need to stop here -unless you are looking for a camping site, which is actually situated onthe beach.

Review 12：My only concern was that to access the beach one has to cross a verybusy main road where cars were travelling at high speed and no realpavements. If I had anything to say it would be to take care crossingover to the public footpath down to the beach!

Review 13：This hotel has been totally undervalued on Tripadvisor in my opinion. Itfully deserves its 3 stars. For a total break from the uk and all thingsBritish this is the hotel to go to, particularly for families withchildren aged from 10 - 17. The staff are friendly and offer alot ofgood activities for young and old. Food is beautifully prepared and of avery good quality (dinner sets you back about 27 euros which is priceybut worth it). There are plenty of local, cheaper restaurants both onthe beach and in the village (5 mins walk away) and if you fancy seeingthe surrounding area there are many other places of interest such asCalvi and I'lle Rousse within easy driving or train distance. Thehotel's Animation team look after you in a non-obtrusive manner and ifyou want to go on holiday and still keep going with a fitness programme,this is the place to go too.
