Review 1：One Chair was defect and I fell down on the stones, my arm was wounded. I asked, whether the coffee was now of the house. No, I must pay it. The waiter meant, perhaps I had to pay the chair. Bold !

Review 2：Most of the staff friendly but not warm. Little to do at the hotel ifit's windy and you don't wish to be sandblasted on the beach.Due to an emergency at my husband's work, we had to leave half waythrough our stay. We were not offered any refund at all which, fairenough, we knew we were not entitled to. However, I had been aware of atleast 2 sets of people arriving at the hotel on spec to enquire aboutrooms and knew that there was a strong likelihood of the hotel resellingthe rooms. Some small amount of refund gesture would therefore have beengreatly appreciated and, fair or not, unfortunately my opinion of themanagement is now somewhat soured. Small gestures often go a long way.

Review 3：Beautiful location on the beach overlooking a very pretty bay. Sunloungers available free of charge for hotel guests. Good restaurant.Excellent location on edge of village with other restaurant options. Wind-surfing, paddle boarding available on beach if not too windy, which itoften is! Lovely clear sea. One very friendly and helpful receptionistwith dark hair (sorry I can't remember her name). The rooms wereexcellent and clean.

Review 4：The location on a superb beach, in a pretty but not crowded area, easy parking, and special attention from staff when I became ill, made this a great choice.

Review 7：This is a lovely hotel in a brilliant location on the edge of an unspoilt resort. Delicious breakfast looking out over the sea and a lovely terrace for evening meals or drinks. The staff were exceptionally friendly and charming. Definitely a place to go back to.

Review 8：Stayed in deluxe sea view room. Therefore it was one step to the Michelin rated restaurant, next step to the beach. Great people, good breakfast, very clean, free parking and WiFi, free parasol and lounges on the beach.

Review 9：When we came back to the room late at night, we couldn't turn the airco on and there was no explanation in the room. Since the reception had already closed, we did not want to disturb the owner at home. The next day she told us we should have called her, so if you go here and you have a problem, don't hesitate to call her.

Review 13：The view from our room wasn't as nice as I had hoped. We were in the building behind the one on the beach. We could see a sliver of the ocean from our window but there was a big neon sign for the hotel that was an eye sore at night. Also the wifi was very spotty. It worked slowly at times but mostly it didn't work. One more small thing: they pushed together two twin beds to make one double bed, which was a little uncomfortable. They also put together two comforters instead of using just one blanket which was awkward.

Review 14：The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel also has a nice restaurant with great views, but make sure to reserve a table in advance if you want to sit on the edge of the balcony. The breakfast was also very nice with croissants, baguette, fruit salad, eggs, yogurt, and more. The room was clean.

Review 15：Spacious, bright, clean room with v comfortable bed + view of the sea. Step from the hotel straight onto the beach (sun beds are bookable & free for guests). Substantial breakfast taken overlooking the beach/sea. Helpful/friendly ladies on reception. We stayed 3 nights at the Serenada in Algajola & it was one of our favourite places out of the 7 we stayed in during our tour of the island.

Review 28：This is a lovely place to stay. We were in no 5. Sea view, good size room, comfortable bed, well furnished except lacking drawer space. Excellent breakfast included and brought to your table. Beautiful waters edge location, smart bar and terrace, good restaurant.Helpful, friendly staff.

We were very pleased with everything, the view of the beach, large terrace with sun beds, electric curtains, cleaning of the room faultless, very good breakfast, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend it.

Review 30：The hotel is in 2 buildings. The new part with rooms and balconies overlooking the sea is the best. The other part doesn't look so attractive.
