Review 6：I would not go back to this Hotel for 2 reasons. Firstly for a modern Hotel the pipe work is very badly designed. When other rooms are using their bathrooms you can very clearly hear them as the pipe runs through the room, on holiday I do not want to be kept awake or woken early by someone taking a shower. Secondly there were coach parties on our floor they were British (so am I) and elderly and had no consideration what so ever for people asleep they shouted to each other along the corridor when going to bed and as they had excursions which meant early starts shouted good morning to each other at 7 o'clock and were up and about at 5.30 on the morning they left. I think as we were independent travellers we should not have been in the middle of this party as it was a large enough Hotel to group them all together. So although a nice Hotel not a restful holiday!

Review 7：The Hotel was nice and clean with plenty of sunbeds and even an adults only swimming pool. The food was very good with plenty of variety.I would recommend getting a room with pool view as on the other side of the Hotel it is just a another Hotel Wall to look at.

Review 8：Wi-Fi was very unreliable.Long queues for buffet, meant that food was often cold by the time servings were obtained. Only one dish of each food provided causing long queues.

Review 9：Staff very welcoming and friendly. Room large and clean with good walk in shower. Good facilities with plenty of sun beds etc. Spa pool was very good. Food generally good. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and about 15 minutes in to the town.

Review 15：I have worked in the hotel industry for many years, and although this hotel Is run like a military operation the majority of the staff are always helpful and courteous. I have never seen a cleaner Hotel, or better kept grounds and pool area. The food was good and even though they are catering for large numbers, the choice and variation of dishes was excellent. The new spa was first class and well worth a visit- again the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. f you are planning a holiday to Roses it will be hard to better this hotel!

Review 17：Nice hotel, short walk from the beach. Pool areas nice, breakfast very good. Hotel used for charter tourists, and popular among families with children. Did not try spa or training facilities.

Review 18：The wifi is v poor. Everybody has their own password which you need to put in every time you use it. If you have a kindle tablet and phone you need 3 passwords! Buffet breakfast wasn't great.

Review 19：This hotel has a great pool area 3 pools and lots of space and beds. Staff were efficient and mostly friendly.

Review 20：The reception staff were unable to respond professionally to customer requests. Had 2 rooms booked weeks in advance....with kids, and we were given 2 twin rooms. ...both not close to each other. Had to listen to a sermon on how it is the hotel's prerogative to allot rooms. A simple request to extend check out by 30 minutes was turned down as well. ...both by Luis at the front desk. Caused us a lot of inconvenience. It is a basic 4 star property. WiFi did not reach one of the rooms. They charge for the room safe, and don't inform you at checkin so you will keep trying to set the safe.

Review 37：We were in the new part of the hotel top floor overlooking the pool and gardens.If you like the sun on your balcony, request non pool view, there is no sun at anytime of day on this side of the hotel, but there is a lovely outlook of the mountains and also no street noise.The hotel is not close to the main shopping area, but no problem to walk along the seafront, which is only a very short walk from the hotel.we would go there again, the situation,the food choice and quality is excellent.

Review 88：Seems silly to charge for wifi. One hour free is enough a couple oftimes a day so why charge 1 euro for 24 hours? Also why charge 2 euro tohave a pool towell? Just adding a couple of euro to the price would beeasier and make people feel that they weren't being charged forextras which are part of the holiday. Minor gripe!

Review 110：We resented having to pay for the use of a room safe for a 100 euro per night hotel, especially since we find that less expensive four star hotels incorporate this in their (lower) room rate. The hotel needs, perhaps, to distinguish between package holiday makers where every possible little thing is charged for and independent travellers such as ourselves. Seven nights of use of the safe was 19 euros for example yet 16 euros for our four night stay. The dining room although very large, was insufficiently large enough for the numbers of guests. Tables were packed together with barely enough room to get past seated guests. Dinner was a self service "rugby scrum". First courses seemed to only consist of a large quantity but small variety of salads. Fresh cooked food was available at two counters when you could get at it.Guests were pushing past each other throughout. It was a dining experience we did not repeat. Breakfast was a similar experience, especially at weekends. The dining room staff were rather sullen and unhelpful

Review 111：There are many good things to say about this hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful as were the bar staff. The room was very spacious and clean and it had a decent balcony with views over the large immaculate gardens and pool at the back of the hotel. The hotel had a number of lounge areas, an inside pool, large outside bar terrace as well as a poolside bar/terrace in the spacious grounds.

Review 112：The air conditioning didn't work properly so the room was rather hot and stuffy, and the cleaning was not particularly good. In a whole week my glass was never washed once, even when I left it beside the wash basin as a hint!

Review 119：We’ve been 4 adults in the superior rooms. The room has a clean style, little bit empty to us.. we expected more. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast included wide rand of food so it was great. The staff were helpful to us & nice as well. We didn’t enjoy the outside pool since the weather didn’t allow it, but we’ve been in the inside pool (which is cool and not warm) and the Jacuzzi was relaxing.
