Review 16：Everything, it was shabby, the roof top pool was a joke, the food was always cold it didn't matter what time you ate first or last it was always cold,the bedroom was very poor blanket was ripped ,bath was disgusting, it was in a good position for the beach or the shops, but in high season I would imagine it would be bad due to the tutti fruity area across the road which is for young ones, the resort was lovely the hotel was Not.

Review 18：Air con very noisy and no control. First time had to pay a deposit to get a remote control for Tv. Had to get room changed as we asked for a double room and got twin. Toilet door is poor state. Shower went from cold to instantly hot while showering, very dangerous and when handing key in on departure staff did not even ask if we had enjoyed our stay, just took the key, would not recommend or stay here again.

Review 20：Not being told on arrival that we needed a remote control to switch on the air con and not knowing that the switch was hidden by the wooden stand. Therefore I had to make 3 trips down to reception to find all this out.

Review 63：Didn't even use the pool as you could not sit round it on loungers and I have a son who I have to watch all the time but I didn't particularly want to be in the pool the whole time when he did. So I used my sisters pool in different hotel. The staff did not ever say hello or anything when you saw them. The didn't even offer to help me when I walked in with 3 massive bags and a buggy and a 4 year old on my own. And I had to find my room on my own on the first floor with no offer of help when they could clearly see I was struggling.

Review 73：The hotel in general was " tired" & needed some update in furnishings.There was no lounge to sit & relax in & no hotel drinks/coffee bar. The pool area was very bad with the flooring badly ripped & was quite a saftey hazzard!! The pool was very small max 7 people at one time, & was on a raised area with steps up to it from the sun deck.The pool was clean.There were quite a few steps from the 3rd floor of the hotel serviced by a lift,so for anyone who could not walk the roof pool area would not be suitable.In general it was very shabby.Again no bar area for drinks or snacks.

We requested a quite room at rear of hotel which was quiet.The room was clean ,& beds .clean towels every day & bed linen couple of times a week. breakfast reasonable amount of choice buffett service. Review 77：The noisy bedframe that squeaked when I moved. The cleaning wasn't all that thorough as the toilet seat had the 'disinfected' sticker on it but the seat hadn't been cleaned. The air conditioning was antique.
