Review 1：4 bed room was 2 bed room with additional 2 chairs. Sleeping on the chair was comfortable but not comparable with bed :-) Overall it was very good.

Review 2：The hotel was clean and friendly with very tastefull breakfast and good restaurant. We liked swiming pool and leasure time activities possibility - table tenis, pool.

Review 20：Pillows are too soft. As it was during summer, we had to keep our windows open, so it was very noisy to sleep with the traffic from the main road. The hotel should provide a fan for the room.

Review 22：In principle, the staff is very friendly and helpful, in particular at the reception. However, we had bad experience with one of the staff at the breakfast room. We indeed changed the table, which are booked for each room in advance, but I saw an empty table at the garden, so I moved there. The staff asked me why I moved in a very rude manner, even when I appologised and explained the reason. In fact, it was the mistake of her colleague too. For this I said, I dont see any trouble and poor guy is not guilty for misunderstanding. Yet, she was rude to him too and in front of all guests. I believe if there are internal matters, they shall be solved out from the eyes of the guests.

Review 27：The only thing is the ski room.It is shared open room, you don't have your own box with keys to lock your skies. Plus it is from back of the building open for whole day. Anyone from street can walk in noteless. When I was asking the lady at the reception if we could take them to our room put them at the balcony, because our skies are bit expensive and I don't feel safe to leave them there, she was a bit mean and said: "No you can not take them with you.. If you don't like it, you can leave them in your car. But if you leave your skies on the slope when you are going to restaurant you don't know that they still will be there when you come back.." We left them in our car then, but I think it is something that the hotel could improve..

Review 28：The hotel has perfect location, close to Kaprun, but much more quiet place. The hotel is beautiful with its typical Austrian details, it has amazing spa and welcoming staff.

Review 33：- The pool and spa facilities are in an other building, not ideal to walk to the other building when it is raining. You also don't have proper shower or dressing rooms. Fitness equipments are old. - Beds are really hard to sleep on. Bad for your back.

Review 89：A lovely hotel located in the middle of A picturesque surrounding. Especially suitable if one wants to explore the popular nature resorts that are located in the vicinity. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff is helpful and kind.

Voldoende handdoeken en deze kun je ook nog krijgen bij de receptie voor het zwembad en sauna, evt. badjassen te huur. Als je het niet erg vind om 5 a 10 minuten te rijden naar Zell am See dan is dit een prima alternatief, heerlijk rustig.

Review 100：The bedroom for four is not too confortable for four adults as one of the doublebeds was pushed up to the wall sideways and the person sleeping on the inside had to climb across the other person if they wanted to get out of bed! :) It wsn't a big problem, just a bit funny. A négyágyas szobát nem ajánljuk négy felnőttnek, mivel az egyik (nem mozgatható) franciaágy oldalával volt a falnak tolva és a belül alvónak a másikon kellett átmásznia ha fel akart kelni.

Review 101：Ideal if you want a stopover before visiting Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse. The hotel is comfortble, the staff is GREAT, pet-friendly place. The breakfast is AMAZING and the restaurant has a great variety of dishes. We can only recommend it for winter or summer stay! A Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse-n való átkeléshez ideális. A szálloda kényelmes, barátságos (kutyabarát!), finom osztrák reggelivel és jó éttermi kínálattal, valamint kiváló személyzettel rendelkezik.
