Reviews for Logis Hôtel du Terreau
Review 1:It's a bit of a shame the hotel rooms don't have balconies - it would be just perfect to sit outside on hot summer evenings and enjoy the atmosphere and a bottle of wine. No lift makes it a bit uncomfortable, if you travel with a lot or heavy luggage. But that's not really an issue if you're there to experience true Provance.
Review 2:Central location, plenty of restaurants around. We got very nice Provance-style apartment.
Review 3:When I Checked in on Friday, the waiter informed that the next day isSaturday, there will be a bazaar on the parking plaza. The guests needmoved the car away. I asked her, when must I take my car away? She toldme that before 7:00am.But when I moved the car before 6:30 on Saturday, I received a fine for 35 Euro payment by the police. I think that the waiter told me a wrong time, which leaded to be attached to the fine. But she denied. I asked hotel should bear the half of the patment, but she also rejected. I'm going to complain to the booking.com. And the free parking is clearly written on the order, but there is not available in the hotel.
Review 4:This is a very nice and clean hotel in the heart of Manosque. You get a night ticket for the central parking which is just in front of the hotel. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Very good value for money
Review 5:Info claims there is free on-site parking. There is not. There are are only 3 places in a garage that is difficult to get into and they are charged at 8 euros per night. The claimed free parking is on the street or in a public car park across the road which is free only for 1 hour and which cannot be used on a Saturday because of the local market. I have a convertible car and always try to find secure parking which is one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel. When I arrived (on a Friday) I had to press the lady receptionist to find out about the garage. There was no mention then of any charge. The next morning I objected to having to pay, since the booking document stated there was free on site parking. The male receptionist then became very abusive, accusing me of dishonesty and of being a very poor man. I did not respond in kind. I am content never to use this hotel again and to advise everyone I can reach that the information is, at best, misleading or even downright incorrect. I do NOT regard parking on the street or in a public car park as 'on site'! As for the receptionist, he obviously has no idea of what is required to work in the hospitality business and should be avoided. This probably means avoiding the hotel but that is their problem.

Review 15:The staff we're very friendly and helpful, the rooms we're a decent size and the wifi was great!
Review 16:Marvelous old hotel I dreamed about to stay in Provence
Review 17:The price for breakfast was high (8 eur per person for bread/crossants and marmelade), so we didn't eat at the hotel. It was also a bit noisy on the street outside our window, but it didn't disturb us too much.
Review 18:Staff was really friendly, they gave us many useful advice, which very much improved our stay at their hotel. The room was decent, clean. If you don't spend a lot of time at the hotel, we recommend it very much :)
Review 19:The wifi was pitiful...which in itself cost us a few hours of our time (trying to book accommodation and research our route) plus considerable stress. The PC isn't any better. Breakfast was too basic for the extra charge (those coffee machines are an abomination).
Review 20:The suite gave us lots of space to rest up and plan the rest of our bike ride. The location is handy to shops etc and the storage of our bikes was very useful. The staff were helpful.
Review 21:I liked everything about it... Except a coffee machine, now present inmany French hotels, which makes mediocre coffee... A small thing in thescheme of things.
Review 22:Excellent staff, highly efficient, still has touches of the old France(which I mean in a good way).
Review 23:The room was very small and was in need of redecoration.
Review 24:Well located in town and service was good.
Review 25:Very friendly. Laying in the center of Manosque with parking.
