Review 4：Have always liked this hotel, as long as we stay on a day (weekday) when the restaurant is open. The staff are very friendly and speak some english. The room was comfortable and warm. As it is close to our journey south, we can get back on the road very quickly.

Review 5：Requested high, quiet room but were on first floor over the entrance with people coming in noisily until late. It was not made clear that the restaurant would be closed until after I had booked and my non-refundable fee had been taken. Wifi poor.

Review 11：The hotel is located in a grey industrial zone somewhere next to the airport and Bordeaux city centre 18 km away. The room was quite disappointing in the sense that in reality it is 3 times smaller than it looks in the photo. Really, there's just place for a smallish double bed, a table and a small armchair. Same goes for the bathroom - very small size, albeit fitting in everything. We had a bathtub with a curtain, some obligatory mold stains on the walls, a couple of mosquitoes and a acceptable hairdryer. The shower tube was leaking and shooting water on the wall. We had no breakfast at the hotel, but at a quick glace I could guess it is one of those industrial synthetic ones, not really worth it. We used the "remise en form room", which out of decency they call like that instead of "fitness" (as many other hotels would do). It only has a stepper and a cyclette, both functional and there is some very limited space for other exercises. there is also a small sauna accessible at 5 EUR cost. The parking is free of charge, we easily found place at arrival at 5 pm, but no more space at midnight... The same gow for wi-fi: it worked perfectly everywhere in the afternoon, but not when most guests were at their rooms at night.

Review 12：65 EUR for "superior" double room is a fair price and you get what you pay for. A Nespresso machine, a great +++.The room is clean and proper. The hotel has a small swimming pool (maybe 10m.?), but during our stay it was rainy, so the pool was out of use. The staff was very nice.

Review 16：I was accused of taking breakfast when I told them night before I did NOT want breakfast . The waitress kept telling me I had breakfast 4 times I said we did not have breakfast then she said my son had breakfast when I asked what my son looked like she described a small boy. My son is 6ft 3 so I showed her him. Any good hotel would have said the 1st time I told them no I did not have breakfast oh I'm sorry I will remove it from your bill. Made me feel very uncomfortable as I felt like I was being accused of theif I think they should make sure trained staff check people out not the waitress

Review 53：A bit of confusion at check in. I had my card ready to pay for extras, ie, daily charge for dog and also breakfast for 2 people for 3 days. The clerk told us that everything was pre-paid and I'd nothing more to pay. He also told us the times for breakfast. When we left, thinking everything was paid we just handed in our room key. Imagine our embarrassment when a clerk caught up with us in the car park to say we hadn't paid for extras.

The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise after a long drive on a hot day, We chose the superior room which was very spacious, had air con., excellent coffee maker, fridge and very comfortable bed. The breakfast sounded expensive at 11euros but had huge choice in pleasant dining room so well worth it. Considering the hotel was located on a commercial estate it was designed so that the outside space was very private and a good place for an evening drink. The restaurant closes Friday and Saturday evenings but the reception provided a leaflet with local places to eat, nice touch. Will use again.

Review 126：Expensive rates, we booked 6 months in advance but the family room isactually 2 adjoining rooms which may not suit younger children. Ourteenagers would not share a double bed so the youngest slept on thefloor. A coffee for breakfast charged at 5 and 9 Euros was very steep!There are no drink making facilities in the room and no access todrinking water at night.

Review 128：The hotel had a skeleton staff at weekends ,so if you need assistance at certain times ,you might be out of luck .I did not have any problems though .I would have liked coffee facilities in the room ,as at the weekend the bar is closed ,so you will have to venture elsewhere.

Review 129：The staff were welcoming and the rooms were clean and comfortable.There was a great choice for breakfast and everything was always fresh .I did not eat dinner in the evenings ,but most people seemed to enjoy it.This is really best described as a transit hotel ,as it is only minutes from the airport by car ,and was fairly easy to find ,with a little help from Google.
