Review 1：No wifi in the room.
Review 2：Central position in Santa Cruz, just a few steps away from the center with plenty of bars and restaurants round the corner. Helpful staff and huge room with kitchen and sea view. Parking space just in front of the hotel.
Review 3：Great location, fantastic seaside view, very helpful staff & great service at the adjoining bar/restaurant. Incorrect info at the "momondo" hotelfinder site(s) reg. prices, facilities, etc., but this has nothing to do with the apartment hotel itself. Very good value for money, & highly recommended, if you are on an economical buget.
Review 4：Shower was not so great. the curtain was hanging from a bar and did not cover well the bottom, therefore the bathroom flooded with water when taking a shower. Also the holder for the handle of the shower fell off as soon as we tried to hang it up.

Review 16：Some traffic noise in the morning and occasionally overnight but earplugs solve the problem. Sounds from the contiguous rooms or upstairs are clearly heard. Fortunately it was low season and the other guests did not make too much noise. Mattresses are too soft for us but we slept well.
Review 17：The most friendly staff in Canarias. Very large room with a kitchenette (which we did not use), clean, ocean view, free wifi and good signal. Very good location in a walking distance to the town center. Very easy to find a parking place near the hotel. The best breakfast (highest variety) we had in Canarias. Great value for money, one of the best hotels in Canarias for this price.

However, the most disturbing thing was the locks of the balcony doors (which were overlooking a street), which were broken / would not lock in both rooms I had.

Review 59：A bright and spacious apartment, with a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom (bring a hairdryer, if you need one). A very handy base for exploring the east side of the island by bus - much to prefer, instead of Los Cancajos. Bus 500 for the airport is less than 50 meter from the front door, and other buses within 10 minutes walking distance. It`s direct on the Avenida Maritima, but after 9 p.m. you only hear the rumble of the Atlantic, since this is not Las Palmas...

The location, on theAvenida Marítima, is excellent - right across from the waterfront. Thestreet does have traffic (including buses), so there is some noise. Thepublic bus from the airport goes down this street, so ask to stop at theCastillete (fare was only two euros in 2013). It's an easy walk torestaurants, bars and shops in the historic part of this lovely town.Very good value for money.
