Review 1：The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I arrived late, when the kitchen was closing and there weren't any other options in the neighborhood, and they very graciously stayed open to make sure I was well fed. Great location in charming alpine village of Bad Goisern, convenient for exploring stunning nearby town of Hallstatt.

Review 2：This hotel is an easy walk from Bad Goisern railway station and adjacent to the Kurpark swimming pool, which is perfect during hot Summer weather. Your guest card from the hotel gives you free entry to the pool during your stay.

Review 3：Very close to train station. Clean room and friendly staffs. We've searched hotels in Hallstatt for our summer vacation but we couldn't and Bad Goisern was an alternative. We had very pleasant stay in the hotel. Breakfast was good, dinner was nice.

Review 5：We spent one night at the hotel as a weekend away. It was fantastic, we got to the hotel in the afternoon, played a round of mini golf just in front of the hotel (3 euros to play), then went to dinner at the hotel is restaurant. It's fantastic and great value for money- the presentation of the food is beautiful and of course tastes great- dont miss out on the desserts! The included breakfast is also fantastic- try the fresh honey on the beeswax! They are particularly good. The room was very big and comfortable. The location is great- 15 mins to Hallstatt and bad ausee area, not far up to the lakes like mondsee. Highly reccomended.

Review 6：In the first room allocated, one side of the bed was broken. We were promptly given another room. There seemed to be a laissez=faire attitude.

Review 12：Supper was really bad and expensive,the staff said at first that theythey did not have any place for supper when we asked them again theysaid ok.In the the restaurant was nobody out of us!! Maybe the cook didnot want to work that day.I Can imagine that the a driver made thesupper for us,It was awful. The staff was not so friendly,we booked fourdays but we left a day before ,we had to pay the full day .This can belegal ,but does not attract me going back there for sure.I Was ready toaccept a penalty or any discount but the manager said no.I Did not feelcomfortable by that. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
