Review 1：The late arrival was a bit of a challenge as I went to the wrong reception to start so it was a bit confusing. Once I got to the right place it was very easy. Also my directions to the property were a bit misleading with regards to the road it was situated on.
Review 2：Too hilly not a lot of choice of entertainment if there was entertainment at the restaurant it finished too early at approximately 10ish the artists weren't always what they advertised

Review 9：Relaxed atmosphere, pool nearby including a pool bar with food, friendly atmosphere, didn't rent a car although on the website it was recommended. I would definitely rent a car in future, our apt was approx 1km from reception (up a very steep hill) taxis can be ordered without a problem though. Wifi connection is excellent in the apt
Review 10：We were allocated accommodation up a very steep hill and this is not what I had booked. We have stayed in this resort 5 times previously and we have booked the beach accommodation and this is what I booked but we were given the alternative - we did not have a car and we were not offered assistance to get to the apartment. It took 25 minutes of slogging up the hill with cases. The receptionist threw the keys at us.
Review 11：Reception opening hours. We had to check out early for our 12.00 mid day flight, but reception only opened at 10.00 !! Which was then a rush to the airport we were the last to check in at the gate!!

Review 15：The security is non working. We had a break in in our appartment and got robbed. Looking at previous reviews, this is quite common for this place. We had a break in on the second floor and the comments from the personal was , - That is the first time we seen it happen on the second floor. I.e they are used to it happening and was not really that surprised.

Review 17：I booked this hotel because of its location on the map that the booking.com search site offered as a guide to visitors. The room I was actually given was at least one (uphill) km from this point on the map. Finding my room was both confusing and exhausting which is not what a weary traveller needs after a long strenuous day of intense business. To only call the actual room location isolated is a huge understatement.

Review 23：The lady who we checked in with was very rude and unhelpful she had a very bad attitude she gave us the wrong number for our apartment which meant we spent over an hour trying to find it when after trying for so long I rang up the reception where they seemed to find it amusing and then gave me the correct number.
Review 24：We booked this venue as we were at a wedding at the miraflores restaurant which was excellent the food the staff the location was faultless the apartment was lovely clean very well equipped and in a lovely location and very private.

The pool and it's cafe/bar with the very friendly and helpful owners was excellent for me. Miriam (who I kept calling Maria) and Sylvia in Reception were lovely and so very helpful.

My wife is disabled they offered no help what so ever. I was threatened by the security, and our cases were routed through when we were not in our room. Air con and burglar alarms do not work and some rooms are a 30min walk from a swimming pool. Don't bother

Review 90：By far the biggest complaint that I have is that directions toMiraflores from Malaga airport are non existent. Google maps takes youto the wrong place, which is not what you need when arriving late in theevening. I strongly suggest that there should be very clear writtendirections from the airport on the Miraflores website. The complexenables you to be self sufficient and to either self cater of eat in anumber of eateries on site (I don't think they cater for gourmetdining though). Sight seeing from the complex to Marbella or Malagawould be possible using taxis, but it is definitely more cost effectiveto rent a car if you intend leaving the complex. Finally I do think thatin 2013 this sort of complex should have free wifi in all apartments.There was free wifi at reception, but otherwise you have to pay(extortionately) to have it in the apartment. I decided that it wascheaper by far to pay o2 eu roaming charges.
Review 91：I wouldn't have chosen to spend a holiday in a purpose built largeholiday apartment complex - we stayed for convenience when attending awedding. However, having been to Miraflores I would definitely returnfor a short break to enjoy the excellent quality of accommodation, theguaranteed weather, the clean well maintained swimming pools on site,and the facilities available on site. The security was very good, therewere two adequate & one excellent supermarkets onsite, with freshbakery and a good range of fruit and vegetables. There was also anextensive wine selection with highly competitive prices. Our studioapartment was comfortable and quite large; very well equipped includinga washer/dryer. We were told that a car was essential, and itcertainly made moving around the site more convenient - think very largecampus university to get an idea of the scale of the place. Although wewent in August the pools were not overrun with small (or teenage)children, probably because each pool serves a sensibly limited number ofapartments. The staff were all very friendly, and service wasexceptional. My husband lost his phone (we thought in a taxi) and thereception staff went to some lengths to try and find it. We were happilysurprised to get a phone call from the reception staff two days aftergetting home to say that the phone had been handed in by the taxi firm,and that they would post it back to us. All in all we were verypleasantly surprised. We usually rent cottages in remote places, or citycentre apartments owned by locals, and do a lot of walking and culturalactivities for our holidays. Miraflores is totally outside our previousexperience, and although I wouldn't want to spend a week there Iwould definitely go back for 3-4 days of relaxation and sunshine (theability to take short breaks even in peak holiday time is certainly amajor plus).

Our apartment was perfect for us and extremely clean with a great view of the sea. The 2 pools were ideal with a family orientated larger one with a bar and smaller quieter one. Beach is a little bit stoney, but within ten minutes is a big nice clean beach area. In January quite nobody was there, so perfect for relaxing.
Review 110：Free wi-fi (code provided by reception) is only available at receptionor during out of office hours on street in front of the reception. Thebeach is quite far, so in summer it may be a problem, even if you comewith car, due to limited car park spaces. Despite advertising watersaving, the apartment is not suitable for this at all (leaking toiletcontainer, bad water taps). Hot water was only enough for two persons,but our apartment was for four persons. With heating on, the fuseswitched of very frequently.
Review 111：A view from window was great. Reception acted quickly, when we had nowater in apartment (true only during working hours 10-18). Small shopsaround were open late night. Bad smell, complained by others, was onlydetectable few times and out of apartment (it may be a bigger concernduring summer with opened windows). Room cleaning was fair enough(once weekly).
