Review 1：When i booked the hotel i informed them of my travel plans for the day upto my night at the hotel and my travel was from Emden Germany, i called them during the trip to tell them i would not be early, they then called me to tell me the reception was closing at 23.00, the room was worn out and needed a good refurbishment

Review 4：Travelling from Spain toward France north coast for ferries, I find Bordeaux a good resting point. This Hotel is just before the ring road, with easy access but far enough from the highway to be quiet.
Review 5：Only with help of near Hotels I was able to get someone to receive us (and we had booking for the room). Poor overall, will avoid as possible this hotel for future trips.

Review 17：After a long day's travel we arrived shortly before the restaurant was due to close but we were offered a great meal and with no pressure to rush.
Review 18：A loose tile under the shower allowed our cat to hide away in the bathroom and made it very hard to extract him when it came time to put him in his cage. Otherwise, quality of room and maintenance in hotel was fine.

Review 20：This hotel provides all the facilities I need including wheelchair access, kettle and WiFi in room. The staff were very helpful and their English was far better than my French. Bed and breakfast is good value for the money. The location just outside the Bordeaux ring road close to the highway to Spain is ideal for me, driving from Eurotunnel to southern Spain and back. I will definitely use this hotel again.
