Reviews for Séjours & Affaires Manosque Le Moulin Neuf

Review 1:Location OK if you have a car, but pretty out of the way otherwise, in basically a business park.

Review 2:Great little apartment with everything you needed, compact and well set out. Cheaper than a hotel and a lot nicer to be in.

Review 3:Secure hook for window broken(basement),bathroom heayer completely rusty, door bumper screw sticking out(injured foot), seal with fungi, dishwashing agent box not operable.......

Review 4:Size,

Review 5:far from bus or train station... have to arrange your own transport if carried heavy baggage..

Review 6:Clean, comfort, having kitchen, amazing views of nearby landscapes.. near to centre hospital. good wifi, staff co-operative

Review 7:No electric pot and the bathroom was quite compact

Review 8:It's was not elegant but was clean and user friendly if you need a place to stay on a trip across france

Review 9:Two extra beds in the living area made it a bit cramped.

Review 10:Comfortable bed, helpful staff, we could cook for ourselves or you could eat out at the Chinese restaurant or at the shopping mall.

Review 11:If they would have air conditioning or fan it would really great location to stay

Review 12:The rooms are clean, there is fridge which is very usefull during hot days.

Review 13:When coming late, we got pin for our room and it was not working, standing for one hour at late night with two young kids was pathetic. Same problem faced by other guests, who were staying there.

Review 14:Rooms were comfortable and clean.

Review 15:Very difficult to find location, no staff on Sundays. No fan. Sink blocked. No one picks calls for number mentioned in booking .com. Poor service over the phone.

Review 16:Clean and tidy

Review 17:The area is depressing and isolated

Review 18:The girl in reception was extremely pleasant and accomodating. The kitchenette was sufficient to cook a long yearned meal instead of salad. Room was very hot but the receptionist gave us a fan and we slept great. Beds are great. Doons not horrible blankets are a plus and town us a 15 minute up hill walk but pleasant for me. The centre ville was small but worth walking to

Review 19:1. no air-con and no fan in hot weather 2. did not sleep well when window was opened because of insects 3. limited cooking facilities/utensils

Review 20:1. clean & spacious room 2. affordable price

Review 21:No airco very warm in the summer. For one day oke but not longer

Review 22:Nothing , stay for 6 day's no clean towls no toilet paper , personel very unfriendly

Review 23:No one in reception speaks english (at all :)) ), but it is normal in France, be prepared. Wi-fi was not working

Review 24:clean rooms, calm place, comfortable to visit Provence

Review 25:Missing guaranteed coffee maker, non-functional wi-fi and hob, town does not have the atmosphere of Provence

Review 26:Cleanliness, free parking next to the building, location is ok to reach canyon Verdon and lavender fields if you have a car

Review 27:there is fan/air conditioning (in kitchen area) quite noisy Area is bit farther from center captcha internet (your device NEEDS to have web browser) - very annoying system

Review 28:clean equipted kitchen privacy noiseless area

Review 29:There is a well equipped* kitchen (however, I didn't make much use of it, but can imagine, that for other travelers it is a really good thing). *: not as equipped at home, of course

Review 30:We had single beds as that was what was offered but found them a little small

Review 31:We stayed for one night and found it convenient and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything required.

Review 32:Wifi is limited to one device per room.

Review 33:Well-equipped modern hotel, with kitchen and everything you need. A bit far from the city center (Restaurant Le Cassandra is recommended!) but you can drive around on the nice landscape of Provance. Value for money is excellent.

Review 34:nothing really if you are not very pretentious

Review 35:quiet place, comfortable ,everything easy and simple to manage from check-in to check-out, good value for the money

Review 36:Second night was awful. We had ordered two rooms with two single beds in every room. One of them had only one sofa without any beds. Rooms were on first floor. We felt ourself like in hospital.

Review 37:We were here two separate nights. One night was good with room on 3rd or 4th floor.

Review 38:Arrived late, just before staff left at around 19h. Phoned them to ask for a few minutes to be able to check in properly, but they were not very helpful. I got the main door entrance code the day before in email, but I had no access to my email that time (I found it only after returning home).

Review 39:There was enough space in the room. Parking without problem. Easy to find. Clean, kitchenette is equipped with all the things necessary.

Review 40:We had a problem with the key of the apartment: we did not manage to get into the apartment so we slept into our friends' aparment (the reception was closed at that time of the evening). The following day I was told by the receptionist that we would have received a refund, but this refund never arrived. I'm sending e-mails to them every day, but nobody answers.

Review 41:We could not connect more then one device to the wifi at the same time.

Review 42:Very good value for money. Comfortable beds, good bathroom, small kitchen (did not mind, we stayed only one night). Everything clean and in good condition. If you have a car, the location is good, within six-seven minutes to center and very close is small shopping center with lovely bakery.

Review 43:Everything good.

Review 44:Incredibly cheap (60€/4ppl apartment) with bedroom / living room / kitchen. We liked the automatic reception (no staff but code sent in email to access the building/room. Free parking and good location to explore Provence.

Review 45:1. please do not take the breakfast, as it is not worth to charge you Euro8.50 per person. Better eat at your own room. 2. It is not easy to find the hotel, specially they even do not have the address no., which it is difficult with GPS. 3. There is no air conditioner in the room, as in provence it is quite hot still in the evening.

Review 46:You can cook with the full equip kitchen, the hotel is good for its money.

Review 47:Very noisy Pullout bed frame is very annoying. Can't open window because people stand outside the whole time smoking

Review 48:Room was good size, fridge and wifi. Lots of free parking

Review 49:The reception is closed on sunday. The room key was not in the key box as they said and we had to make emergency call for assistence.

Review 50:Room and the kitchen.

Review 51:It was challenging to find the exact street for the Sejours & Affaires. Not even the GPS picked up the street name.

Review 52:The central location of Sejours is an excellent advantage to do day trips to the east, west, south and north. Manosque in itself is full of surprises.

Review 53:Was quite warm in summer and there was no A/C or at least mosquito nets, we slept with open windows and many insects flew in.

Review 54:Clean, cosy, roomy. The kitchen area is basic but enough. Great beds. We liked a lot.

Review 55:Only truly useful with a car, as the closest supermarket is 20min walk. Staff could be better (I had a specific problem with the washing facility)

Review 56:Cheap and efficient, good value for money. Quiet, well equipped apartment.

Review 57:the area is a bit too quiet and dark

Review 58:Comfort, quietness, cleanliness, slippers, breakfasts

Review 59:Industrial area, centre accessible by car.

Review 60:Helpful staff; very clean rooms and bathroom

Review 61:Excellent for long term stay, looked freshly renovated, very smart check in system, very clean and comfy

Review 62:no air con or fan in rooms in summer makes it quite uncomfortable to sleep

Review 63:The wait to check in, no air con.

Review 64:Convenient location for our travels. Kitchen was very handy. Elevator.

Review 65:too hot in summer, especially Rooms on the 3rd floor

Review 66:Price

Review 67:bed is not very good

Review 68:there is car park.

Review 69:It would be super if air-conditon is providered

Review 70:it looks like the college dormitory, n the reception not open on weekend.

Review 71:Really value for money cuz it's super cheap.

Review 72:No cooling. Terrible.

Review 73:everything is ok but no air conditioner at all in this hot weather??

Review 74:Only one device can access to the internet.

Review 75:Close to the station Quiet Very clean

Review 76:The staff is warm-hearted and enthusiastic. The neighborhood is nice and quite. The hotel is well equipped.

Review 77:Wifi is terrible - couldn't upload/download pictures

Review 78:Wifi didnt work, no staff

Review 79:Good bed and shower

Review 80:Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Small gym downstairs.

Review 81:location not a most, cold floor even when heater is on.

Review 82:Bed, silence, cleaness, bathroom, auto-check-in.

Review 83:slower wifi (but still usable)

Review 84:for me perfect location - for business trip, but not so much vacation handy kitchenet (for the money) quiet place

Review 85:Hard to find the hotel itself and then the entrance

Review 86:Roomy apartment, clean premices, well-organized check-in on weekend

Review 87:there is no fan, nor air-conditioning.

Review 88:Large and good room with kitchen, dove, microwave.

Review 89:the Bed... any movement with a creak... crazy. Space in microwave was smaller than plate

Review 90:Typical Aparthotel, full equipt.

Review 91:Shocking, shocking, shocking treatment. Do not entertain them whatsoever!

Review 92:Nothing!!!

Review 93:there are no airconditioner

Review 94:quite

Review 95:Nothing

Review 96:Near Valensole, 20 mins driving to lavender. Have kitchen and can cook.

Review 97:They forgot to give us a wi-fi password as promised

Review 98:No check in procedures, good car parking, very good price

Review 99:Very good place, we were late for the check in, so they wait for us.

Review 100:well, location could be a problem if you don't have a car. However, it doesn't make sense to go to see lavender without a car.

Review 101:Everything is good, clean, modern design, individual single beds inside a 4 people room, necessary accessories to cook for your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staffs are nice and helpful. Very important: with a cheap price!

Review 102:Two minor points, there is no air con so it can get a bit warm but fans are available. Also, it's a bit of a walk into the centre of Manosque but there is a Vietnamese restaurant opposite the hotel and a Chinese buffet within 5 mins walk. Not enough to put me off staying here again.

Review 103:I have stayed here 10 times in the last 18 months (last time was 23-25 June 2014) and have found the hotel excellent every time. It is clean, comfortable and, above all, quiet (even though its nearly full all the time). The kitchen area is basic but more than adequate. There's a two hotplate stivem microwave and fridge. Unfortunately, my busness committments mean that I will not be travelling to Manosque again but if I do then I will not hesitate to book les Sejours! By the way, I've used similar apartment hotels in Greoux les Bains and St Paul lez Durance and the Sejours is much better value for money. Staff are lovely and speak reasonable english.

Review 104:did not like the bedsettee out all the time, not enough room to move. we were there for six days and had to ask for clean towels. No one came to empty out rubbish bins or to clean the room once in 6 days.

Review 105:price, good bathroom, location and parking.

Review 106:In spite of the fact it is a relatively new aparthotel you can see that they are not putting a lot of money into the maintenance – for now everything is working however in the near future I wonder how it will look like. Rooms are very small and you will get only one chair in the apartment.

Review 107:Apart hotel has a really good parking (a lot of space). If you are searching for a cheap stay (i.e. you just need a clean bed, bathroom with shower and a small kitchen to prepare a breakfast or coffee) this is it. Overall I would say that if you are a "budget traveler" this is superb, if you your budget is c.€50 per night (this hotel is a €39 per night) you will get the same quality and service as you would be in the €50 per night hotel. If you look for something more (e.g. comfort, service, etc.) than I do not recommend this hotel for you.

Review 108:There is only a limited amout of hot water per room per day!!! So I had an ice cold shower in the evening!!! There is nobody of the staff on public holidays and on sundays or at night. No hair dryer in the room. No German and English TV channels.

Review 109:Early check-in at 11.45 hours was possible. Good parking. Modern and renovated room and good facility of the kitchenette. Good location for trips in the area (Aix-en-Provence 1 hour).

Review 110:Lack of info on cooker usage...did not appreciate you had to set the cooker timer before activating either ring seperately...no instructions provided. Bathroom sink had a big crack in it...so much that a bowl had been placed under it (inside the cupboard to catch water run....this occurred when sink was more that half full. Poor attempts had been made to clean two of the 3 window area in this two roomed apmt..the third was hidden by closed curtains upon arrival! Whilst the site is fairly modern, it appeared not to cater for visitors wishing to know where 'local' amenities were...no area map...Manosque centre was approx 25 mins walk uphill. I had travelled by train (station about 15 mins walk) and therefore felt very limited on accessibility options by the hotel inability to consider traveller attending without their own transport.

Review 111:Quiet location...though as there was a Bank holiday on the day of arrival, the area seemed very quiet with limited availability of local eating places. Took breakfast on 3 days.....had room to myself on each day!!

Review 112:One member of staff, who I phoned a day before leaving the UK for a key-code, as we were arriving on a Sunday and knew from experience and our documentation that there would be no one on the desk on a Sunday. However, after reiterating three times that were were arriving on a Sunday the member of staff ensured us that the desk would be open to 19:00, but on arrival at 15:00 no one was on the desk, it then took us an hour to get hold of a member of staff to give us a key-code.

Review 113:The Price , location, cleanliness, facilities, soundproofing

Review 114:Only one wifi device can be connected at the same time. Reception closes at 7pm Only 1 restaurant within walking distance.

Review 115:Very good value for money in a good location although it's a bit of wallk to the centre.

Review 116:The staff was out of service at 7pm,there is no hot water for bath at night.

Review 117:Big space and kitchen is good for using, the price is cheap for the room type.

Review 118:we had a problem with the key and we had to wait for one and half hour after our arriving when somebody solved it. far from the city center. Nobody cleaned our room during our 3 nights stay

Review 119:comfortable beds, good value for money

Review 120:The address is quite unclear. we couldn't find it on our GPS.

Review 121:The rooms have all the necessary facilities we need. We could use the kitchen to cook some simple food. The price is quite cheap comparing with other hotels nearby.

Review 122:There was some smell from the bathroom, because the water pipe was a bit stuck inside. There's no air-conditioner, but it was quite cool in the night so it was okay (I stayed in the end of July).

Review 123:Must be the best option in provence. You'll never find a place like this with the same price. It's not a perfect apartment, but for me it was acceptable considering the price.

Review 124:We booked 9 months in advance but we were unable to access the two bedroom apartment on our first two nights stay. This meant that we had to stay in two different rooms. Not the best for the start of a 'family' holiday.

Review 125:Just on the edge of town but good access if you are happy to walk. Free parking available for those who prefer to drive. Good access to a beautiful area.

Review 126:Not much really

Review 127:Conveniently located near the Valensole plateau (15 min drive) BIG supermarket (HyperU) nearby, spacious parking lot and pleasant location

Review 128:They don't have 24hours reception. We arrived a little late, the door is locked.Fortunately, we met the two other guests, they help us made a call and get the room keys in the locker.

Review 129:If you plan going to Volansole, I think live in Manosque is a good choice. Séjours & Affaires has a big parking place and only 20mins from manosque to volansole.

Review 130:The staff was nice. But they didn't clean the room, didn't change the towel everyday, otherwise every time cleaning will cost €45. Everything looks dirty and dusty, even a half footmark on my bed sheet, and stains on the towel. Heavy musty odor and mould in ground floor. Only one restaurant and no shops around there. Poor Wifi.

Review 131:Convenient location to travel to the villages nearby. Good parking space. Convenient kitchen.

Review 132:The only problem: we arrived after reception hours and got our key via the code they provided - only to find just one bed in the room - we had requested a twin.

Review 133:All new and clean, a very pleasant place and good value for money.

Review 134:I loved that there was a kitchen, that every thing was clean and the staff gentle. It's in the industral area so most of the people there are workers, but you can find tourist too. I was travelling with the bike and there was no problem to bring the bike inside the room.

Review 135:Small details only. Internet connection didn't work on iPad in usual way .A reception staff member didn't know and didnt appear to be really bothered. I missed some of my planned activity on one of the days because details of it were on line . The following day another member of reception staff was able to connect me. Needs more explicit explanation of this on check in or in the room. Also it would be great if there was a wall mount to attach the shower head.. There comments should not detract from a really pleasant experience.

Review 136:Almost everything.

Review 137:The surrounding area was a bit like a trading estate but at least it meant easy parking and as we were out touring every day this is a minor point and there is a restaurant opposite where we had a pleasant meal

Review 138:The apartment was clean and well equipped and a good place to tour that area of Provence -we did the Gorges of Verdon which was by far our best day out from here .The staff were very helpful.

Review 139:No complaints really. It was very good value for money. A minor thing..The kitchen tap and the sopa area were a bit fragile in our room.

Review 140:It is a good value for money. We drove to Manosque by car to visit provencial villages. The apartments were clean, convenient and offered a good value for money. I would recommend this place as a base to visit provence when one is driving a car AND is ready to drive at least 45 mns to visit the main touristic spots of Provence.
