Review 1：The owner of the Hotel does not want to talk with the guests, there was no place to park our car, no fresh vegetables for breakfast, sauna only open until 7PM, and not a minute longer, as in a public sanatorium, even if you begged after a long journey it will not change anything; it was cold in the room, with my friend I booked two separate beds - we got a double bed (I slept on the sofa without bedding) of course while booking there was no information about the limited availability of saunas and single beds, It was my second stay at this hotel and certainly the last, not recommended

Review 3：We didnt get what we booked online through booking.com, However thisis due to Booking.com and not the hotel its self... Booking.comAdvertise superior double rooms and you just get a standard room withno view as advertised online and two single beds very un romantic forus newly weds..!!!

Review 5：I was traveling with my family (my wife+my daughter 7 yo) and we decidedto stop in this region for the night. We booked the room (junior suite)at 10 pm and reached the hotel at 11:00 pm. When arrived we discoveredthat the reception was closed since 10 pm and a waiter that was smokingoutside helped us in calling the receptionist and getting the keys. Noadditional blanket or pillows were given for my daughter: everything wasclosed. In the morning we had breakfast (quite poor for a 4 stars!!!)and left just after that. During the check out I was told that I had topay 23 € more for my daughter. I was furious as the night was anightmare and no support was given. Moreover the higher price shouldhave been communicated in the evening and not the morning after. Thereis another Hotel in front of them and we could have found anothersolution for the same price. The girl at the reception has been reallyrude and no way to apologize for the bad service. When I asked why theytake bookings after 10 pm she answered that they cannot stopBooking.com. I definitely not recommend this Hotel

Review 7：Hotel is over-rated here. Food in particular was very poor: empty dishes at the buffet both morning and evening, very limited choice of buffet, ordinary cooked dishes. Parking is abysmal (limited number, unsafe (busses have to manoeuvre past narrow spaces)).

Review 14：The hotel is very clean, rooms are sharp and well organized. Amazingly friendly personnel at the reception and especially at the restaurant. Breakfast has big variety of items to offer. Dinner 5 course set menu was perfect. Great swimming pool and saunas/steam baths were simply perfect.

Review 18：well...we sent only one day, but it was so bad. The room, what we got was so cold.. even the corridor was more warmer. I noticed the problem in recepcion.. and we got a little plastic noise heater. Finaly i asked an other warmer room. The room interior is not like in tha official pictures. Old style, used furnitures..not like a four stars hotel! More like two or three stars. The wall thickness is too thin.. I woke up many times when somewhere the children started crying .. or when somebody used toilet. The parking is a bit difficult ..it has only for a few parking places on the street. Finaly I paid 120 euro for a night.. Honestly for this price i would not recomend.

Review 22：We booked a cheap last minute deal but only had velux windows, which we were aware of before travelling, next time we will upgrade.

Review 23：The location of the hotel was perfect for our non skiing friends and the ski bus stopped very close by. We were picked up at the airport as arranged which made for a quick and hassle free transfer. Breakfast overlooking the snow covered valley was a perfect start to the day and the après-ski tea was a welcome surprise. We look forward to our next visit.

Review 26：We had dinner at the hotel one night, which was not the culinary experience we expected from the website -- we had expected the menu to offer something more upscale and/or to offer more healthy selections, but instead we found the menu to offer mostly regional dishes. That said, the meal was delicious and enjoyable, and one of the best we had in Fulpmes, a town that is somewhat lacking in fine dining options.

Review 27：The hotel was exactly as represented in the photos. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool and sauna areas were excellent. There was even a play room for young children. The hotel was In the center of town and within walking distance to the Schlick 2000 and short driving distance to everything else in the Stubaital, and within close driving distance to Innsbruck. This is our second time in Fulpmes, our first at the Alte Post, and we would definitely come back to this hotel!

Review 28：Could use a regular pull out couch. Shower configuration was unusual, the folding door that swings, and faucet/spout location, but very clean.

Review 29：Amazing views, Jr. Suite with balcony was nicely sized, comfortable bed. Pool and spa was really great - extremely clean and modern. Restaurant and bar area very inviting. Staff was engaging, accommodating, and friendly. Loved the location, we will stay here again.
