Review 1：The spa area was not working for the time of our stay. There was not any information about that at booking,even they already know that at the time of my booking. No slippers,no bathrobe in room. No kettle and the fridge was empty. Water and small chocolate and chips is posible to buy at reception. View from room 116 was really bad. Under bad was dog's bone ,so what kind of cleanness is that? Parking cost 15€ (but you can find big free parking just near by)

Review 5：The parking is a big adventure... really steep hill and turn to take, only for really good drivers! Standard rooms with bath are old fashioned and smaller.

Review 6：100% wifi in the whole building! Breakfast is really more than sufficient. They keep on adding on the plates, even 30 min before closing time. Standard rooms with shower are new, modern and big!

Review 10：The building was modern and new very near to the city centre so I found it logistically very confortable to reach the city centre and the train station. The room was large and clean, very quiet and well equipped with wifi etc.

Review 13：First room was bad, wallpaper peeling off wall, nut our bed collapsed and we were changed. 2nd room seemed better but in the morning the cleaners help a 'meeting' outside our room and woke us up. The spa looked lovely, no one used it and it was 12 euros if you did.

Review 15：Cleaning ladies were behaving extremely loud from 9am, acting and slamming the doors so loud as the whole floor woke up! this was very disturbing as we were not checking out early but planned to sleep, so they made it impossible. Please train your cleaning staff to behave quiet and with respect to the guests sleeping!

Review 26：We come here for some 10 years, both for business (alone) and leasure (family). Average of 4-5 stays per year. Hotel just welcomes you as "an honorable guest". Nice beds, well equiped rooms, great breakfast (all fresh), personnel is always available and friendly... Well worth your money! ( I congratulate NH management )

Review 27：The hotel is not very close to the town. The restaurant was a limited menu and not served very well. Maybe this was because it was late October when we stayed ?

Review 28：We had a lovely stay here, we found the suite very comfortable and relaxing. We made use of the spa, sauna, and massage facilities. We found it good value for money. There is a limited amount of underground parking available, but other than this you have to park in the street. I have to say It's not a great area, we arrived at 11pm and I was quite glad there was 1 remaining space in the garage

Review 37：Air con dosent work even in the superior rooms, we didn't sleep well at all in the first 3 days and after complaining they've changed our room 4 times when they knew very well that the air con is not working in any of them, finally we've settled for a 5th room on the top floor at the corner of the building which had plenty of widows so was ok to sleep with all windows open but still no air con, to be fair to the staff they've tried to please but the problem is out of thir hands. Also the location of the hotel is not touristic at all, the near by beach is horrible very dirty water it's like a landfil with plastic and things floating around which I've never seen on a spanish beach before, other beaches a bit better but a good 20 min walk, this area shouldn't come as a suggestion by booking.com when someone search for Barcelona beach, it's 1 hour by train and industrial with lots of car dealers and garages, not a holiday place by any means. Very few people spoke English.

Review 41：The furniture and bath are very old. The complete renovation is very needed. Also I prefer to put a blanket into quilt, but there was only a bedsheet and separately blanket. This is pet-friendly hotel, so I was attacked by a dog. The staff was helpfull, but I would like more courtesy.

Review 83：You will hear the road noise even with the windows closed. The wi-fi is a disaster. Super slow, requires a different paper for every device and then the login expires after 24 hours. After two days we had passwords everywhere. I'm not paying an extra ten euros for internet that is functional. It is 2014 people functional, fast internet is not optional. Attempting to print from the room is a joke via their web service.

Review 84：The room is large and the AC works great. The breakfast was well-stocked and they would cook you eggs anyway you want with an omelette bar. We parked in the neighborhood for free with no problems. Came for the formula 1 race and the Marussia pit crew was staying there.

Review 85：It was hard to find with our TomTom; GPS can not find the address because it gives the street name in 3 parts. The free WiFi worked badly.
