Review 1：central clean comfortable bed. bathroom not great but they seem to be in the throws of revamping the rooms. Excellent position for the beach and restaurants.
Review 2：When we departed the Hotel there was nobody at the reception desk so I left the payment in cash at the desk. Unfortunately the Hotel then took the payment from my account - we are still awaiting the repayment of this money ! BE WARNED !!!

Review 6：Crockery was very chipped. Bathroom door made of plastic, did not slide very easily and was very broken top and bottom. Paintwork cracked and chipped and common areas dusty. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Review 8：Having to wait over 5 minutes outside in the cold until we could check in. Being moved out out of the lounge at 21.00 so the guy could lock up. The shower had no wall fixing so you had to hold it your self. 3 star to be reconsidered, very poor in general.

Review 10：The shower door didn't come down to the bottom so water came out on the bathroon floor if you weren't careful. Nothing that I couldn't resolve with some towels. I shared a room with my young son and although I didnt check if they had family rooms it didnt look like they would have room to stay there with my husband and son too. I should have asked while I was there but forgot!
Review 11：I was a bit concerned after reading bad reviews however the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Location right by the beach and a 3 miniue walk to yhe main street was execellent

Review 37：There was nothing wrong with the hotel at all, The group that was causing all the noise and abuse and did so the following night also. I think should have been thrown out.
Review 38：great staff, very cheerful, The guy at the desk was very helpful hardly and English, but we had a huge problem with noisy swearing English men who kept us awake from 3-30 until 6 am .We were in a small house in the grounds and they were above us.We complained the next morning and despite the language problem they changed our room and gave us a complimentary breakfast. All staff very helpful.
Review 39：1 room was pretty poor and in bad condition. Photos not a true reflection of all rooms.
Review 40：1 room was refurbished as the pictures showed with a balcony. But other room was far from it.
Review 41：Staff was not so helpful. The heating system was not working during the day and the room was cold. It smelled musty in the room. The restroom was also tiny.

Review 43：No fridge in room.Water ran cold in shower on one day, but was fixed the next. On leaving, one of the receptionists tried to insist I had not paid in advance in UK, before he looked it up in his folder and found the receipt - then agreed I had - as it was a non-refundable advance booking, which he had not come across before. He did not really apologise.The other two receptionists were very helpful. Breakfast was a little expensive, so we ate our own on the patio.
Review 44：Room was kept very clean, towels and toileteries changed as needed eachday. Decor of room and beds relaxing. Patio in small garden to eat ineveryday was very good. Very near sea and shops/transport. Left mymobile in room on last day in error(it had fallen down side of bved),one of the receptionists found it and ran after me down the street togive it to me.
Review 45：No lift and we were several floors up... difficult for 1 of our party who was unwell... BUT the man who checked us in carried luggage for 4 of us to our rooms. No car park.
Review 46：We stayed only 1 night on way to ferry so had booked a small room...we only needed to sleep in it, not have a party. Clean and comfortable bed. Clean shower room with plenty of hot water. Small terrace to catch the last rays of sun. Very central to beach and lots of restaurants. Quiet.

Review 55：Do Not Stay Here. Myself and partner had the worst stay here ever. Thehotel room is dirty,smelly & very small, only big enough for oneperson. The décor is falling apart. Shower Head broken and not fixedduring stay, so we could not shower properly. Tiny shower cubicle. Thewindows do not open. Its noisy because of the hotel staff below. Therooms face other local residents houses with no privacy. Its dark &depressing in the room. The tv stand is a death trap, you will walk intoit. Very rude & unhelpful staff. No parking and no help explainingwhere to park. You have to walk far , and pay for parking 2euro perhour. A very stressful stay. To top it off, we had a boat to catch andthe hotel is not managed 24/7. so good luck if you have a problemduring the night . Nobody to help or assist. The day of check out, noreception staff. All we wanted to do was pay and get to ferry !!. Noapology we had to wait 35 minutes for someone to turn up to check out,this making us late for a daily plan. Rude staff. Do not stay here, itwill ruin your holiday. Do not be fooled by the photographs on theirwebsite nothing like the rooms on offer.
