Review 1：Hot and noisy room. I heard some guy singing in his shower from a nearby room as if he was in my room. Hotel garage needed clearer instructions for location and entry/exit.

Review 9：Unfortunately my stay coincided with that of a handful of teams (basketball I think they said) of kids. They where running out of control. it made the stay very unpleasant, the staff did their best to make it up, but there was not enough staff to handle the kids, and the parents and coaches just let them run wild. Fortunately this was a one off time. In the twenty some years that I have stayed here this was the first experience of this nature. It is not likely to happen to you, but it could.
Review 10：I stay at his hotel on a regular basis, it is easy to get to, they have decent parking. the rooms are comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the cathedral and its restaurant is good.
Review 11：room was too warm but solved by keeping windows open all time. pillows rubbish but seems the norm for northern spain. staff came in and cleaned while i was out, even though i had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. twice.
Review 12：good breakfast as paid extra. its not obvious, but this includes eggs and bacon - just ask for them. very central. friendly down to earth staff. good wifi anywhere in both my room, restaurant and bar.
