Review 1：One week without housekeeping and we had to use same towels. Additional fees on everything such as normal indoor pool and even on small fitness room! Weird rules and limitations on many things but still very much noise during late evenings. Outdoor pools closed despite good weather.

Review 5：Having to pay for wifi when all others plus restaurants give it free. A little annoyed at having to pay 100 Euros upfront in the event I might remove something from the apartment, felt my honesty in question!

Review 7：Reception staff really friendly/ helpful We had a one bedroom appt which was big enough for 4 people which was excellent really comfortable bed - all kitchen facilities included - staff at the restraunt were great especially Miguel - so was the food - had a proper English breakfast ( not Spanish ) which was only 6.50 great value for money.

Review 8：Was dissapointed at the cost of wifi, it was not even available in any of the public areas, and we had to pay extra to use the indoor pool.

Review 9：The accomadation was excellent, the kitchen was well equiped, beds comftable, everything worked as it should. We had 2 tvs both with british channels.

Review 11：Good facilities on site (two restaurants, a shop, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym, tennis courts, basketball, table tennis, giant chess board). Good quality, spacious accommodation. Friendly staff (including the lifeguards who were lovely with the kids). High quality for the price (we went off season in October).

Review 13：Diamond always have a good standard at their resorts, we have visited several and the facilities and accommodation are all of similar standard so no surprises.

Review 14：The closer beach is ok, but not great. Internet is not for free.. For me it's something unbelievable nowadays. Although they say it in the resort description, the Internet and many other services like the gym and sauna require an extra fee. It would be ok if these fees weren't non sense..10 euros to use the gym is not acceptable. Too many locked gates between one area to another and you have to use our electronic key card all the time.. It's actually safe for who has children, but really annoying for other people.

Review 15：The apartment is amazing and we would be happy to be there for longer. The resort is nice although without good options of restaurants around. I enjoyed they have 2 big pools so the one we were was not crowded. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

Review 25：We arrived at about 11 am checked in paid and then was told couldn't get into room to 4 pm we had a small baby aged 8 months and they kept us waiting in the red hot heat after a 6 am flight from England because the room was not cleaned why did they get the. Leaders to clean our room if they new we was waiting 5 hours it took to clean a 1 bedroom apartment what a joke the next morning they were knocking the door at 10 for us to check out the room to clean it. So again we had t wait to meet our other person at 12 a bit further along the coast when we came back for our luggage someone was just going in our room at 12.30 what a joke so disappointing they did not do this for us with a baby I hope you take note and let no other family suffer like we did this would not happen in England with a baby

Review 34：My husband and myself have stayed in Los Amigos Beach Club many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. We like the outside swimming pools particularly the quieter one with the large pool.

I always compliment the staff especially the reception staff and I even asked if I qualified for a elite membership as I am looking to buy property in spain and until this happens I will be returning time after time and plan to return mid june sept and be at los amigos for Christmas and new year. My brother lives in la cala so I have a place to stay but I like my independence and the fun of venturing out and about. Itsseems like a second home to us.

Review 39：No free wifi, being that we live in 2015, this is a minimum standard of expectation when staying overnight at a hotel. If staying in an apartment with young children, request a ground floor or a stair gate as the balcony and stairs in the apartment is not safe for little ones.

Review 50：Not being able to bath- they forgot to put the hot water on ! UK badly run property and restaurant. We were offered to move to another unit at 10pm and to then wait for the water to heat up ! After a long day travelling, not impressed to pay full price for not having basic facilities.

Review 51：Comfortable bed, well furnished unit but it would have been good customer service to compensate us/reduce room rate, as it was not our problem. All we wanted was a comfortable bed and a hot bath !

Review 52：The bed was hard and I missed my own. The pool was now payable, although you didn't have to last year when we went. The pool now has a glass screen around it which was closed off on days when the lifeguard deemed it necessary to open it. Our room this year had absolutely no sun, so couldn't catch a last few rays on the balcony at any time of day (we have room 50C facing the pool, pool toilets and indoor pool - any of those rooms get no sun during winter) I moved a chair out onto the front door space so that I could enjoy the sunset! The blind in our kitchen needed replacing, and when the sun shone on it in stank of old kitchen oils etc. We sprayed it daily with fibres to no avail. It was a little more tired than last year which was also a shame.

On arrival the receptionist was cheerful and totally proficient in welcoming us and completing the formalities. This professionlism continued throughout our stay. Review 71：We didn't really care for this part of the coast: too built up and the property is right on a busy four-lane highway that is an adventure to get on. We just wanted a bite to eat for supper, but felt out of place at the restaurant because of that. However, the food was good.
