Review 1：Welcome drink is either orange juice or sparkling vine with poor quality (called champagne) with no possibility to exchange it for something else. Welcome drink should make good first impression of the hotel but in this case made at least for me not very nice impression. We have stayed at 2 other 3 star Universal hotels, I do not see the difference between 3 and 4 star hotel in this case apart from price itself.

Review 3：The times. Breakfast only til 10:30. Pool closes at 7pm. Dinner ends at9pm. Unreasonable times for summer holidays. Maybe ok for the manyGerman guests. But there were travellers from other European countries,including France and Spain, for example.

Review 4：Great location and wonderful sea views. Nice pool area. Quiet, relaxing,atmosphere. Overall, staff was attentive, helpful and friendly, promptlyand efficiently dealing with any glitches one may encounter (there werea couple of disappointing exceptions, though, hence my low score forstaff; but you can see they strive to make the guests happy).

Review 5：We loved Cabo Blanco. However to note, nearly all guests are German and on all inclusive packages. If you are not having all your meals there (we had breakfast only) then the week long allocation of tables can be a bit frustrating (particularly when the heating is rather hot in the restaurant and the terrace empty but fully reserved) - the staff do their best to help.

Review 6：Fantastic location and staff. Walking distance to shops and Es trenc beach. Staff were very accommodating of our limited Spanish and no German.

Review 7：Location nearby really beautiful beaches! No kids, no noise! The atmosphere was very relaxing and quite. You always get the same table at the restaurant during the entire stay! All the rooms facing sea side. Cleaning services were very efficient.
