Review 6：The personal service I received during my stay was first class and yet unobtrusive. All members of staff did their level best to make my stay an experience to remember. A very relaxing & pleasant stay.
Review 7：The location of the hotel is ideal for the town The front desk female member of staff was very welcoming and even came out to open doors and offer to help my parents with their luggage . She ensured that any requests were dealt with professionally. She is an asset to the business as she was very flexible carrying out several job roles during our stay. More rooms have been refurbished since my last stay ( last Sept)

Review 11：1 To have to pay for a mid-morning cup of tea in a lounge just off reception. Almost £1 for a sachet of Earl Grey and hot water! 2 Our specific table reservation for dinner was occupied when we arrived at the correct time to eat, causing minor concern to everyone involved! No big deal but this is fundamental and should not have happened.
Review 12：The hotel is cosy, clean an well heated. Weather precluded the use of the balcony but when possible this would greatly enhance one's stay.
Review 13：The bed was quite hard, my husband suffers with a crushed bottom vertebrae, so found it a bit uncomfortable! I, on the other hand, had a great nights sleep! The room could do with coffee/tea making facilities although room service is available!! Neither of these would put us off staying again. We will be back!

Review 91：this is an excellent hotel in a fantastic position overlooking the town centre, we had a very spacious superior double room on the side of the hotel for our 2 night stay. our hosts spoke good English and were really helpful and friendly. Good on site parking was also available for our motorbike.

Review 100：The hotel was right in the middle of town with car parking. It was very quiet and our room was a good size with a balcony which had the afternoon sun. Although we did not eat in the restaurant it had very good reviews and was very busy - you needed to book. The owner & staff were very attentive. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 108：The efficient and warm welcome on arrival. The room quality, bed, towels and ambience excellent. Lift from the lobby to upper floors. Private parking. Double glazing and electric external shutters made for a very quiet night despite being on the town centre roundabout. First class restaurant with seriously enjoyable food, beautifully presented and at a reasonable cost. Bichet of wine much the best value rather than expensive bottles. Just a couple of minutes walk from The Lake, the old station Velo Cycle ride along the long disused railway track - great fun - and some very handsome old buildings.
Review 109：I had booked a room with a balcony. However that room was not available due to a guest staying an extra amount of time. So we were upgraded (for free) but the room we were given didnt have a balcony, which was really disappointing, as I only paid the extra amount originally to have the balcony.
Review 110：This hotel was really well-located and close to lots of restaurants. The receptionist was excellent, really helpful and gave us a map explaining where different places were.
Review 111：Bagnoles Hotel is conveniently situated for an overnight stay when travelling south from Cherbourg (approx. 2hrs 30 mins drive from Cherbourg). It is located in the centre of the town and is easy to find. From there it was easy to stroll into the town and visit the lake. We received a very warm welcome and our room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed dinner in the evening sitting outside on the terrace and the staff were lovely.
