Review 1：When we checked-in, we found a receptionist speaking no english either german. Fortunately her associate did speak some foreign languages. :) The apartment was a bit weird, reminded me to a university dormitory.
Review 2：Easy to find & ocean view.
Review 3：Booked a "sea view" room, but to our disappointment could only get a room facing a steep cliff side and the main road on the other side. You do hear some noise, but traffic is pretty light in the night. The hotel should not offer more "sea view" rooms than they actually have. Sadly, there was no WLAN coverage in the rooms, only in the reception area.
Review 4：In spite of my negative remarks, we found this to be a good place to stay. The manager was very forthcoming (and the only English speaker). He even exchanged two single beds with a double bed on our request. Spacious apartment with all you need. Easy to find free parking some 100 meters from the hotel and a short walking distance to the city center. If you actually get a sea view room, it must be absolutely wonderful.
Review 5：We have in our reservation the room has sea view but it wasn't and wasn't possible to choose another room! (view was to nearby rock) Wifi connection didn't work continually, kitchen was not so pretty but well - OK. Beds were too much soft, I more like a hard one.
Review 6：Room is nice, clean and pretty large, balcon doors are perfect:) We were satisfied with this accommodation.
Review 7：Some of the rooms have rather spartan furnishings, apparently not updated since the block was built (in the 1960s, I would guess). Wifi only works around the reception area.
Review 8：Clean self-catering flats in a quiet block on the northern edge of Santa Cruz, within walking distance of restaurants along Calle Camacho towards city centre. Free parking. Good breakfast.

Review 11：The outside is a bit rundown as we arrived at night and it was down a back street, so not the best frontage. Hair dryers available on request, no toaster in our room. But otherwise ok
Review 12：The location was brilliant, the staff really friendly and helpful. The furnishings were sparse but sufficient for a long weekend stay.
Review 13：The beds were rock hard and only thin sheets and no blankets, not great for winter temperature in La Palma overnight. The apartment is located right next to the beach and the waves crash loudly all the time. First night it bothered me but second I'd got used to the sound. It may bother others as loud and persistent! We booked breakfast which was cheap at €3 each per night but was limited selection of food and not good quality.
Review 14：Good location, easy to walk to main areas of Santa Cruz and largish supermarket. The kitchen was pretty good for such a cheap apartment and had big fridge freezer and microwave and oven. The apartment was large.

Review 45：Everything - spacious quiet apartments with comfortable bed, facing the ocean. First night we closed the window and the heavy metal curtain because it sounded intimidating hearing the waves so close! Then we found them awesome! Breakfast is a good deal 3e with a decent selection. No problem parking on the street.

Review 48：The unit was really large and the kitchen was well equiped. The view of the ocean was an unexpected bonus. The hotel is located just off the edge of the old city but easily walkabale and away from noise. A long walk to the ferry if carrying luggage (would use a cab) but managabel without it.
Review 49：It's practically on the seashore. It takes some time to get used to the noise of the waves. It may sound romantic, but some might find it equally annoying :-)

Review 57：Lu (the receptionist) was very helpful. I stayed for New Years Eve and as this was my final night in La Palma, she arranged a taxi to the airport for me. Although she couldn't speak English she was very helpful and patient.
Review 58：1) It was extremely difficult to find the reception. You have to get in, to go upstairs one floor - then will you see the reception. 2) There was no one at the reception when we arrived, the keys were supposed to be leaved at the desk, but there was a "little problem", no key was there. No phone responded for 40 min. Then we managed to reach someone, the person came in 10-15 min, excused, gave us a huge apartment instead of a smaller one. Finally the problem was solved. 3) In the bathroom there was no fan or soap (probably it is not supposed to be there).
Review 59：A very good view from the balcony, nice clean apartment, located close to the historical (not near the port) center of the city. It is a good value for money.
Review 60：I had to take the only available ferry arrive at 10pm. Took a taxi and arrived at 10:10pm. The hotel was closed. The area was totally in dark. Luckily I emailed to hotel earlier. So the room key was left in reception area with front door unlocked. I think the hotel could have been a little bit flexible by extending their reception time say half an hour longer if they know their guest is on a ferry arriving at 10pm. The breakfast is extremely simple. Almost nothing to eat.

Review 69：Well-equipped flats overlooking the sea at the north end of the main seafront road in Santa Cruz. Simple furnishings, but everything you need. Excellent breakfast including in the rate. Good restaurants within five minutes walk in the Santa Catalina district, and supermarkets if you need food for self-catering. Plenty of parking outside.

Review 71：Try to see if you can move the reception on the ground floor since there is a lot of unused space in the car exhibition area and keep it staffed during the morning and evening time. Then you can use the existing office and the breakfast room as lobby, all day long.

Review 75：Stayed for four nights. Large apartment with balcony overlooking thesea. Very clean. Kitchen needs a refit. Not much utensils. You would notwant to be doing much cooking. Bring your own bottle/can opener.Situated in an industrial/ working class area but only 5/10 minutes walkto the historic town centre. Easy to find. Get off the airport bus atthe replica of the galleon Santa Maria, and it is across the road.Greatprice and would definately stay there again. Fantastic island. Truly theisla bonita. Need a car to go up the mountains to the telescope and tothe national park. Buses are 2 euros to go anywhere. I took the trip onthe local bus up the north of the island and it took 4 hours to LosLLanos. You can come back across the island to Santa Cruz in 40 minuteson another bus.
