Review 1：Getting taxi's can be a nightmare - typically takes ages and there's no organisation in the taxi queue which inevitably leads to disagreements. Please sort!

Review 5：The room is too small. One person only at the same time can use the bathroom. Not enough space for luggage. There was no party at Destino during our stay.

Review 7：the property is not maintained to the level it should be considering the price a guest is asked to pay. staff is clearly inattentive and at times rood. After all it is aiming to the high end 5 star market, certainly on prices and yet the service is at 3 star level in most cases.

Review 8：the public areas are beautiful, and design of the overall place is modern and relax. Rooms a modern and comfortable beds. Food is well presented and tasty.

Review 9：No attention from staff, i find this a serious point, you paid for a 5 star hotel then you want quality from the staff. They never ask: do you want something to drink. There were some who did well. So this is not to the whole staff

Review 11：The bedroom was nice but not clean very well. In the moring the light of the sun entered in the room because the window was not good enought..... so I couldn t sleep longer than 9.30.... this was terrible. That s why I think is better to spend all this money to the Ibiza Grand Hotel

Review 15：A bit out of the way and I don't like taxis. However, there is a regular bus, but it's not the late night disco bus. If there's anything to dislike it's the visitors who pay to use the pool area, unlike the guests.

There is a bad vibe amongst the staff as a result. This is our second visit to Destino and then service has deteriorated even more than last year. We will not be back The rooms are so small you graze your leg getting aruond the beds and to get to the bathroom. Not good value for money.

Review 22：More grown up hotel, ideal for couples, groups who want a top class view & pool side feel away from the madness. Less than 10 mins into town & some of the best views over old town & the ocean. Highly recommend. Food & drinks are uber expensive so maybe go out for dinner etc but poolside food is good quality. Free wifi that works all around the premises is great. It's grown up chilled Ibiza ;-)

Review 23：not enough staff for so many guests the service is the weakest point dont expect any special requests to be delivered difficult to sleep when the hotel organises a big party( 3 times a week) - also full of incoming crowd that pays for the entrance

Review 73：The bedrooms are shocking. We were staying in a twin room, which barelyhad enough space for two people, nevermind suitcases. The room wasfilthy, the bathroom was filthy and just grubby all over. For 450euro anight the accommodation is a disgrace - and so very disappointing. Thepictures they used on their website to advertise the rooms were computergenerated images - and did not bear even a vague resemblance to theactual accommodation.

Review 74：The general areas of the hotel are very impressive - especially thepool and reception area. However, this fails to make up for the rest ofthe hotel.

Review 75：Rooms were tiny and claustrofobic. Mini bar was ridiculously expensive (can of beer for € 11!). Shower was for leprechauns and the sink was covered by the tap so all water spilled over.

Glass of wine 15 euro, 8 pieces of sushi 25 euro.- no indicated prices of minibar :I took a bottle of water from the minibar : 17 EUROS. 17 euros for a bottle of 50cc water ? - you cannot sit at the pool where you want. certain seats have certain minimum spending to them. sitting at the pool was minimum spending of 100 to sometimes 500 Euro depending of what kind of seat. really rediculous. Result : nobody was sitting on those seats and the poolside was empty with as a result: little atmosphere. -Also staff comes to ask you several times an hour if you want a drink or if you want anything. We found that very annoying. You can ask once, but after we can ask you ourselves. - there is more staff than people in the hotel, so you feel like 'bodyguarded' everywhere. Doesn't add to relaxed feeling. - when we arrived staff at parking was impolite. saying you cannot park here, this is for VIP's. So we had to park in an extremely dusty park area across the hotel. I thought paying 300 eur/night for a new hotel made us VIP's but boy was i wrong. - rooms are very small. Shower was open, so you couldn't take a private shower without everyone in the room seeing you. Bathroom not in a different room, but open bathroom.

Review 78：- Best breakfast i've ever seen in any hotel. Completely beserk how much choice and quality is amazing. Top !- beautiful pool - new hotel, so everything clean and fresh - entrance is a wow - every night between 20-24 there is a show with dancers and music, but they just serve as a form of entertainment while you dine. nothing over the top. - air conditioning works very well and very efficient - every room has a balcony with seats which is very nice. - music stops at 24:00 so after you are very relaxed. - very polite staff at front desk. - the view in the morning when you wake up and walk down to breakfast area is amazing: you can see the sea, it's fantastic.
