Reviews for Hotel du Parc

Review 1:Area has only two French restaurants. One in the same building (OK), Another takes a lot of finding. Good but expensive. Area is not for tourists. Quite rough. It was supposed to be 82 euro per night, but only for first night. Subsequent 3 were 109. Way too expensive for a rough area, tiny room, a view of a carpark, microscopic lift.

Review 2:Proximity to Aulnay Sous Bois Metro station. Unrelated French restaurant inside the same building. Only 3 stops from Parc du Expositions. 4 stops from C. de Gaulle airport.

Review 3:Nobody informed me that reception is closed at night and I couldn't enter about midnight until one of guest instructed me that there is an enter code on my key :-)

Review 4:Quiet place with very easy access to RER ( about 100 mt)

Review 5:The room was excruciatingly small but your staff was excellent and more than helpful. Their advise and assistance made our stay better. Please thank them on my behalf.

Review 6:Small room

Review 7:Close to train station

Review 8:No air con in rooms toilet and shower cabinet much to small No tea or coffee in room for the price payed it should have been a must.

Review 9:Comfortable and clean bed ,very good.

Review 10:No restaurant in hotel. Hotel water system very noisy. Groups of people hanging around the area.

Review 11:Only 300 yards from nearest station, and 15 minutes from Central Paris.

Review 12:No mosquito curtain on the window, and suprisingly mosquitos all night.

Review 13:It is close to the RER station, which goes to the Exposition Park. Not too noisy area, free wifi, restaurants, shops are in walking distance.

Review 14:Rooms are a little bit cramped.

Review 15:In a quiet part of a suburb away from the constant traffic noise of mopeds and horn beeping taxis in the centre of Paris. A good nights sleep was had on each night.

Review 16:Our first problem is we hold everything to American standards and as we were told several times when coming to Europe was to lower our expectations. We reminded ourselves of that often while staying here. Still not cheap but probably fair for Paris. Just a little different neighborhood and standard of hotel than we are use to. Older but clean. Single small elevator. Wifi was horrible and undependable. Shower really small and beds were fair. Linens seemed clean. Probably a good budget value for Paris but more than we are use to paying especially for that level of accommodations. Would not stay there next time but would have to pay more to get what we expect and are use to. Fine for just guys of people trying to save money. My wife and daughter were not happy with my selection.

Review 17:Close to subway and airport.

Review 18:Water the runs in pipes in one room (not both rooms) was smellyyellowish/brown in colour. It was not clean water in the taps. Ittook several minutes to be cleared. May be the waterpipes was rotten andnot used for very long time. The lift was very small and you need topush it to close the door (It happened some times not every time) by athird person staying outside to allow the lift to move upward.

Review 19:Close to rail way, buses and shopping centres.

Review 20:The rooms and bathrooms are very tight and we should have been offered the internet password without having to ask.

Review 21:The gentleman Frederic, who was managing the hotel on the evening/night of October 3rd and morning of October 4th. We were late (~00.30) getting in but Frederic helped us out with great courtesy and understanding. The following morning Frederic was also very helpful in allowing us to work from the breakfast room while we were waiting for our meeting. We were disappointed with the hotel but were thrilled with the friendliness and service that Frederic provided during a very hectic business trip.

Review 22:Quite a lot of noise outside the hotel very early in the morning. Rooms are quite small.

Review 23:Easy to find and easy parking very close by. Lots of shops near the hotel but few restuarants.

Review 24:The lift is really very small, just for two persons. So we had to go upand down, up and down to handle our two suitcases one at a time. But atleast there is a lift!

Review 25:Location was what we were looking for: 3 min walk to the rer station, 25min ride to the centre of Paris, 10 min to cdg airport. Though therailway was close, we didn't hear its noise even through open windows, and slept quite well. And yes, as the hotel's name suggests, there is aparc nearby, the air is clean, and you can hear birds singing. Breakfastwas a fair continental one, served from 7.00 to 10.00 am.

Review 26:Breakfast was very basic - bread and stewed coffee.

Review 27:Parking was easy, room was clean, good pillows (not the normal French sausage type), staff friendly. WiFi worked well.

Review 28:The corridors were dirty with a strong tobacco smell, though the roomitself was reasonably clean. The room was very small. For what it wasthis far out from the centre I think it was rather expensive. I wasexpecting better.

Review 29:Well located near the rer - took me less than 20 minutes from Gare del'est very late at night to arrive there. Small but pleasant parkopposite. Immediate area is quiet. Everything worked. Internetconnection a bit tedious to begin with, you have to register yourdetails with the internet provider.

Review 33:Friendly, clean facilities

Review 34:the room is not soundproof

Review 35:Friendly staff and clean facilities. it is near RER B station and market.

Review 36:Felt more like a cheap hostel than a hotel. No staff at night. No air conditioning. Tiny room.

Review 37:Short walk from the train station

Review 38:Deserves 2 stars only

Review 39:Near train station

Review 40:really helpfull staff

Review 41:No proper shower, only shower head over bath...very frustrating

Review 42:Friendly, clean facilities and comfortable bed. Free wifi

Review 44:-Very filthy rooms
