Review 1：I would have loved a little mini kettle in the room so that I cold make tea or coffee. Everything was great. The single room's bathroom is a little small but no one comes to ibiza to spend hours in the bathroom.

Review 2：Loved the staff, they're always chirpy and happy to help with any questions. Loved the location, five minutes by car to Ibiza town, right on the beach and if you walk three minutes along the boardwalk there's even clearer waters for swimming. Perfect aqua blue. Breakfast here is really good, eggs bacon cold meats cereals tea coffee and all the usual fruits fresh and dried. I hadn't had lunch their yet but dinner was good, big portions. Their paella is one of the best I've had in Ibiza. The rooms were good the price. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear phones ringing in reception for example but it friend which floor you're on! I'd ask for a room on the top floor facing the beach. The other side is the road, I heard trucks making deliveries early in the morning but at such a lovely hotel this isn't even a thing! I have a hire car which is easy to park on the stree right outside the hotel. Lots of wall sockets to plug in devices and charge them up. Good fridge for keeping drinks and chocolate cold. Nice bed linen, very clean rooms. Air conditioned for the hotter weather.

Review 10：The hotel is ideally located for access into the City. The staff are 100% friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms and facilities are more than adequate and always clean. The food in the restaurant is superb.

Review 13：It is situated in the bay of Talamanca, not far from Ibiza town (but too far to walk). The hotel room was clean and towels were changed everyday. The hotel staff is very nice.

Review 15：This is small family run hotel and it shows in the quality of care and help given to their guests. Nice breakfast area overlooking the bay. Smashing location at the quiet end of Talamanca but plenty of places to eat and drink. Easy to get in to the old town.

Review 16：Main room doors closing system are really noisy and you and hear people shooting the doors at night/morning waking you up. Just this, solving that the hotel would be perfect. Really good choice!

Review 18：Be warned, there are no facilities at all apart from a cafe/bar/restaurant. We knew that and for us it wasn't an issue. The main thing was to have a shower and get a decent sleep in a clean room. The room was clean but the running water in the hotel is salty so it makes no change from being in the sea all day and not that refreshing. In the rooms there are ventilation grills facing the corridor(!) therefore you can sleep as late as when the first loud resident passes from your room. It sounds as if there is no wall but that is also a comment for the less considerate residents. Still that ventilation grill, not a very clever idea.

Review 19：Staff (All of them), Cleanliness, Location. Talamanca area has nice beaches and good places to eat (Avoid Sa Punta it's a rip off). It's quite with less tourists/more locals and still walking distance from the Port.

The location is in a good and calm neighborhood (forget about Talamanca beach), but it is still a too far walk distance to the main places (even Pacha that seems closer, and Eivissa downtown). In addition to that for one day we did not get hot water in the whole hotel.

Review 34：We stayed at this hotel for a week with 3 kids - it's right on the beach and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restuarant was very good, excellent flavour and generous portion sizes. We'd definately go back to this hotel again.

Review 35：No taxis availability-only if you call and wait 30-45 minutes and needto be at the door or taxi won't wait so that means you might have toget ready and wait long times outside hotel. Also the call-out serviceis charged at roughly 5 euro and metre of taxi starts at the moment thedriver comes to pick you so we spent a real fortune on taxis that wouldalso arrive with huge delay.the short hair lady in the front desk is not polite and even looks annoyed at times the room was tiny! it was sold to us as a double room. you would literally enter the door and stumble on a bed, one side was against the wall (no bedside table) you could not move around the bed. 2 of us would stumble on each other if we were to wake up and try and use bathroom. this is no exaggeration. the bathroom was tiny too. I think other rooms are better so AVOID the corner rooms at ALL costs. We complained about it but they wouldn't move us elsewhere. this bedroom is not suitable for two occupants. it was depressing to be in there and we tried to be outside all the time

Review 58：An excellent hotel in a fantastic location. We made the decision to upgrade to a seafront room with a balcony and it was the best decision that we have ever made...the views were stunning. The staff at the hotel were excellent...nothing was too much trouble for them..they looked after our luggage free of charge for us on our day of departure which allowed us to enjoy our last day. The rooms were serviced everyday by the housekeeping team. The buffet breakfast was fantastic and there was an option to have dinner at 12.50 euros per guest. The food was excellent. A taxi to the hotel from the airport was around 21 euros. The hotel is located a fair walk from Ibiza Town, it took us around 90 minutes on our first day. There is a boat service which saves so much time and the departure point is about a 25 minute walk from the hotel..the biggest challenge is finding whereabouts the boat picks up and drops off in Talamanca but I would recommend asking at the hotel reception for directions. It's a 10 minute boat ride into Ibiza Town and costs 3.70 euros return. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel, it's within the quieter part of Ibiza but is also within reach of all of the main attractions.

Review 59：The hotel has an excellent staff, everyone very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has a very nice ambiance and is pristine.The on site restaurant is great. The view across the water towards Ibiza was just lovely and having the beach boardwalk made it easy to walk to the water taxi and go into town.

Review 60：no swimming pool the price we got on booking.com was the lowest of all sites but when we arrived we found it was for a room at the rear of the hotel overlooking a supermarket and building site. we had requested a room with sea view but we could only have on by paying 70 euro (10 euro per night) extra. we did this but felt we should have been warned at booking that the price we accepted was for a room at the rear. most hotels offer all sea views these days.

Review 76：What I can say though is that the individual room was disappointinglysmall and with a view onto a construction site. It was probably the mostuncomfortable bed I'd ever slept on and felt like the mattress wasabout 20 years old. The walls were super thin too and it was very noisywhen people would walk by out side the door or up and down the stairs.Also, I came on foot from the ferry between Ibiza and Talamanca, and it is quite a schlep, I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel is quite a walk away, and there is not even a nice beach nearby to make the effort worth it, instead it has a marina in front with dirty water.

Recommend walking past the hotel about 5 minutes along the promenade to Sa Punta, a little chirinquito with great food and nice views. You can swim there, but it's very rocky.
