Review 1：The owners are really nice, friendly and helpful, they make you feel like at home... really appreciate it !! Also, the hotel is well located, rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable !!

Review 3：The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel is very well situated - walking distance from the city centre (shops and restaurants), and also from the station, even with suitcases. There is also a bus stop just across the street and another one less than a block away.

Review 4：Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they made my stay truly comfortable. Breakfast was really good. The location of the hotel, close to the downtown, is great to go for a walk after a long working day. Besides, it is really close to the train station, that makes it easy when travelling from another city in France.

Review 5：Finding the hotel in the first place: could not off load luggage in front of the hotel on atrival and its a long hard slog from the public car park when loaded down with luggage and our dog...

Review 6：Service above and beyond from the manageress, to the point of accompanying me to the off site car park to explain how it all worked plus helping with loading our car in the street outside in pouring cold rain....

Review 8：The location is very central but next to a public car park. I had a room at the back which was very quiet. I expect the rooms at the front are noisy becuase it is on a busy road.

Review 9：The hotel owner was very kind and she and her husband helped us carrying our luggage. She spoke English! We got a very quiet room, because we've got a baby. Our room was next to the roofterrace. We could sit there every evening and it felt like it was our own terrace. Although wthey were'nt at the reception all the time, we could call them for asking things day and night.

Review 10：The check-out time is advertised as 12pm, but we were asked to leave at 11.30am which was a bit confusing.

Review 15：My room was modern, clean and had it's own balcony. I was giving the choice of rooms on arrivel. The location is good, minutes from town and the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful, English speaking too. The only hotel with a roof top terrace and jacuzzi in Anguoleme ! Brilliant to relax in come the evening.

Huh??? 3. Breakfast was yesterday's leftovers. We were asked to pay for breakfast on checkin and then had to deal with staff attitude when we asked for the breakfast. Huh??? 4. Payment was cash only -- a real surprise.

Review 51：Room Location, it was right next to a roof top balcony with a talking Parrot, which to be fair was not really noisy but bizarre! The breakfast was very poor value for money. The Hotel just looked a bit tired and dated.
