Review 1：The breakfast costs too much. It is possible to have breakfast in one of the bar near the hotel for less than half price of the hotel.

Review 2：Really nice hotel, the room where We have been stayed was really confortable! Very nice the sauna included in the room price, where you can have a great relaxing time during the evening. The position is very close to the city center.

Review 3：It was walking distance from tons of restaurants and the marketplatz - perfect for the Christmas Market! Parking was conveniently located around the block.

Review 4：Just as a note, the two bedroom place has only one shower with toilet, and a WC downstairs. Otherwise the 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. WiFi is good. Didn't try breakfast but it looked tasty.

Review 8：Unsafe internet connection. Certificates were outdated making my business mails not working at all. A shame to find this problem in 2015. Bed is not very comfortable; too rigid while pillow is too soft.

Review 26：The hotel is located directly in the city center without private parking. As the city of Klagenfurt is practically bankrupt, they have introduced a nice parking scam - I was charged a € 24,- parking fine within in the 3 minutes I purchased a parking ticket from the nearest ticket machine. You can't park near the hotel without risking to be ripped off this way (the media is full of such stories - Google "Parkstrafe Klagenfurt"). The only alternative is parking in one of the nearby garages (€ 10/day upwards). Inconvenient.

Review 28：Spacious room. Rm 326. Comfy bed. Nice modern bathroom. Floor creeks but that gives the hotel the sense of being old. Friendly staff. Walking distance to down town.

Review 36：Only one pillow and the bedside light not good if your partner wants to sleep and you wish to read. Even with the hand towel folded over it. Air conditioner not the best. Slept with window open, not too noisy.

Review 37：We arrived by motor car and found parking really good. Easy to find and just a two minute walk to the hotel. Even with suitcases it was fine. Yes the floorboards squeak but we were seventh floor so nobody above us. We tried to be considerate to the people below. Breakfast good, even the coffee. Bed was so comfortable but pillows are really low and only one each. Wifi works great, never a problem. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel.
