Review 1：The coffe at breakfast was awful. The desserts were not good. The staff speaks all the european languages but not Italian... the room and the bathroom were too small. The bed and pillow were quite uncomfortable.

Review 2：The food was quite good and the menu changed every day. The staff is very polite. The room was clean. The hotel is 30 mins from the beach Es Trenc.

Review 9：The hotel charges extra fees for everything, e.g., beach towels, safe, internet, etc. Even though you have to pay for the internet, the connection is very poor. The hotel management needs to address this problem.

Review 10：The location is perfect, just a 30-minute walk from the gorgeous Es Trenc beach, which seems to be one of the best on the island. Very efficient airport transfers can be booked on the Universal Hotels website just for 17 EUR per person round trip. The room with a sea view was pleasant. The food served in the restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was very good.

Review 11：Sound insulation is not very good and guests leave and arrive at all hours. I would recommend to bring earplugs.

Review 39：It is unforgivable that a hotel that charges such fares (more than 135€ per night) doesn't have any air conditioning in its rooms, considering the temperatures in Mallorca. The room had a fan that managed to decrease the temperature in only one or two degrees, but it made so much noise that we had to turn it off in order to be able to sleep. The temperature in the room reached 35 degrees Celsius, which made it very hard for us to fall asleep. On another point, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was so hard that we couldn't sleep well nor get any rest. In the end, we left the hotel more tired than how we came, and with back an neck pains. Don't get me wrong, we (my couple and I) are in our twenties and fit, so a hard bed isn't something terrible per se, but we expected more from our vacations here, particularly considering the price we payed.

Review 40：We liked the nice atmosphere and very friendly staff of the hotel. Food was very good, and our room had a very beautiful view of the Mediterranean.

Review 41：Organization of breakfast tables, for some reason you have to find one particular person to get a table, who isn't that polite. At one point he offered us a table outside and we thought that was very polite (we got suspicious) so we went outside and there were 10 tables with four seats each and only one was occupied by one person. Guess which one we got? Yes the one which was occupied! My wife left and we didn't have breakfast since than as it was just too much pain to deal with this kind of situations on a holiday!

Review 43：Not for young people who want to party (the whole town is rather forfamilies and pensioners - quiet, almost empty) and there are only Germanpeople everywhere - more than Spanish :) , you feel like you're inGermany and both the hotel personnel and people in restaurants and shopstalk to you in German, because they always assume you're German...And some small things in the hotel: poor coffee, unable to fix the watertemperature in the shower (too warm every half a minute), poor channelselection on tv (I thought complaints about tv in a place like Mallorcawere stupid, but after a few days sometimes you just do want to lie inthe bed in the evening and watch tv or listen to some music for a while)
