Review 1：The host was wonderful! Friendly, warm and very helpful Our room was large, comfortable with a great view of the river(room#1) A few minute walk to the town center
Review 2：Not so much a bad experience but the breakfast was not as good as what we were hoping for....french breakfast, only different types of bread with jam. We were looking forward to some cheese and ham to give us some energy for the day ahead. That<s it.

Review 8：Agnes Sorel is a short walk from the centre of Chinon. The room was nicely decorated although the room was a little tight on space, it did have an excellent view overlooking the Loire. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast choice was good. They were also very amiable to bikes – being able to store them securely. Very good value.
Review 9：A very nice location, near to the medieval city centre, perfectly clean with a definitively winning ratio between price and quality. Two young, smiling, committed, very kind and creative owners. You can also trust their advices on best restaurants and vineyards (between them just add Fabrice Gasnier)
Review 10：The young couple who own and run this hotel deserve all the praise. From an initial warm welcome, accommodating our requirements for travel, nothing was too much trouble. I hope they have all success in the future and would certainly stay again.

Review 13：Small details like the balcony and the plants needing some tender loving care, and some cushions on the daybed would have made it more of a sofa. But then again: we weren't there to spend time in the room and I am sure Daniella will sort out these small things over time. We wish them really good luck and hope to see them again.
Review 14：Daniella and Florent are the perfect hosts, there for only six months - very kind, always greeting with a smile and accommodating whatever you need. We had the largest in the hotel, which was really nice, with its own balcony which we really enjoyed. The bathroom was nice and modern. We slept very well in this quiet location.

Review 16：Our room was in the front which we later found faced a much used road for traffic. We got very little sleep. This is not the owners fault but would stop us from staying again. The volume of traffic has vastly increased from when we stayed about 8 years ago.

Review 25：Wi- fi was inconsistent. A little noisy from car traffic at night so needed to close windows which meant it was quite hot. A fan would have been welcomed.

Review 27：The road outside can be noisy (I was unlucky to hit the day of the local car rally); Internet connection on the free wifi was intermittent on my smartphone and non-existent on laptop (although the diagnostics said everything was working properly). But these are minor issues.
Review 28：The proprietors are extremely helpful and friendly, and a great source of advice about restaurants and facilities in Chinon. Chinon itself is one of the most beautiful historic towns in France, and it is a delight to step out of the hotel and walk along the river Vienne. Certainly recommended as an inexpensive, well-placed, clean and friendly hotel for a short stay.
Review 29：Daniela & Florent are kind, friendly and very helpful hosts. They speak French, English, Italian, at least...Our room was very large and looked out on the river. The bed was great, and we were about 5 minutes walk to the heart of Chinon. They have bike storage if you are riding the Loire, and lots of good recommendations for restaurants and wine tasting. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Review 35：The hotel has a good location near the center of Chinon. Little room but everything you need is available. We stayed in a room at the courtyard which was quiet enough. This hotel gives you good value for your money. The owners, a younger couple, make your stay even more pleasant as they were very nice an helpful. We had a problem whit our car and they called the garage for us which was very nice because we had lots of miles to go. The garage charged nothing even when they took time to look at our car thoroughly. Thanks for the nice time and help. We recommend this hotel !

The second night (1 week later) on request I got a better room. Last year I stayed in the annex and those rooms were perfect! Very quiet.

Review 49：We only booked half an hour prior to going, as we were travelling down through France. We stayed in an annex to the main hotel and this proved to be comfortable and quiet. The old part of town was beautiful and had some good restaurants.
