Review 1：Limited catering; no food at lunchtime, bar didn't open until 5 pm, evening meal in the restaurant a 3-course blow out. There good places for other choices nearby, but still I'd expect a hotel of this class and location to have better options.

Review 2：A nice hotel with good facilities and very helpful staff. Around 20 minutes walk from the Navy Museum and Suedstrand, 10 minutes from the town centre. Good leisure facilities.

Review 3：I tavelled with my mother, we liked it very well. Security (room cards required for access to rooms with the lifts). Beautifully finished and well maintained. Spectacular breakfast buffets. Many English language magazines and newspapers. Stylish outside grounds. Will visit again.

Review 5：The hotel is equally excellent place for business, recreation , relaxing , spa&beauty , which perfectly fitted to my purpose .I use my business and holiday traveling to do my consultancy business , have some rest and generate new ideas. Columbia Hotel and staff brought to my attention a new idea , which is already under development and if my idea goes life ,me and my partners will be happy to stay fro some days in Columbia hotels.

Review 6：After a VERY long, hard day, I just wanted to fall into bed and get comfortable. When I laid down, I felt like I was on concrete. I prefer a very firm mattress, but this was just plain Hard and very uncomfortable. I asked if we could maybe switch rooms, but they said they could make the mattress softer… by bringing me 2 VERY THIN comforter covers to lay on top of the mattress. For the price of the hotel, plus the cost of breakfast and the cost of parking and not being able to sleep…just wasn't worth it.

Review 7：The room was large and clean. Complimentary non-alcoholic drinks in the mini bar.

Review 8：asked for a wireless internet connection, guy from reception told me this isn't possible, gave me a cable and a sheet with user and password, guess what, tried to input this for wifi connection and it worked. Their Engliwh is too poor being behind a desk. People on the Breakfest in the morning speaks better English then the people behind teh reception...

Review 9：There is no internet wi-fi connection over 1-st floor. To connect to internet is possible in rooms via LAN (cable) only. Poor guests with mobile phones only :(

Review 38：The rooms were both large and well appointed. We ate in the Marco Polo restaurant which has a Michelin star and is justifiably classified. Sitting in the bar and looking up the harbour is a pleasant way to spend an hour. Well worth the price.

Review 39：The hotel lived up to the reviews. The staff were extremely helpful at the reception. The staff at the bar and in the dining room were excellent. Overall, although I did not use all of the facilities, the quality was of the highest quality, especially in my room. I recently stayed at a 5 star hotel in central London, it did not have the facilities that you have and was more expensive. Your hotel was the best to date for me.

Review 40：The Bar is a bit too large and unwelcoming. The selection of free tvchannels is poor unless you are a native German speaker. Satelitereception for bbc World and cnbc ( the only English speaking channels)is eratic.A DVD player would be useful for the regular business visitor as there is nothing much to do in Wilhelmshaven. Fitness room was adequate but could possibly benefit from an extra cycle machine. Guests staying more than one night should have the complimentary bottle of water replenished each day.
