Review 2：Everything seemed well kept and in order, however we were upset when we saw that pestizids were frequently used in order to keep the green, flowers and trees that way. As parents travelling with two small children, in our opinion, this is not acceptable. Also, after arrival, we had to put on the linen, covers, etc. by our own - when you are on holidays, you would expect this to be set already.
Review 3：We had an appartment with seaview, which was great! Also, babycot was provided and the staff was very helpful in ordering a taxi for us.
Review 4：In the evening bit noisy, Especially from the flat buildings nearby. Internet facility is a drama, from the last century, speed, connection and login procedure were extremely bad. Also the lack of air conditioning in the hot period is a disadvantage.
Review 5：We stayed there with two kids. Nice closed complex with 2 swimming pools. I think it's in the best location in the whole peninsula, not too crowded with good choice of restaurants and cafes

Review 7：Everything! We had a most enjoyable stay so near to the sea and two lovely swimming pools. Facilities and grounds were excellent as were friendly staff. We definitely plan to return. Only downfall was no airconditioning and poor wifi connection! We were provided with a fan which was a help.
Review 8：Apartment was quite ill-equipped. Also what was supplied was very poor quality and mismatched. If it wasn't for the view I would have been very unhappy!

Review 10：But the Wi-fi, which is included in the reservation is awfully bad. Even near the router provided, only 2 of 4 bars of connection showed up on our devices and it would take long minutes just to open our email. Also the kitchen is not properly prepared.

Review 12：We stayed in a different duplex to the one we normally do and this one was not as good as the other particularly in the kitchen. But as we do not eat in too much it wasn't a major problem to us.
Review 13：Have been going to this site on and off for the last 20 years, normally late May. So September was a change for us. Both times are just off season which makes it more quieter. We know it and can start relaxing and chilling out straight away. The beaches and pools are very close and there are lots of restaurants near by. Lots off other places to visit and explore in you have a car.
Review 14：No WiFi in apartment, only in pool area. No fan or AC. The staff had no english knowledge. Bad bed, the noisy legs on the bed was anoying as soon as one person moved one inch.

Review 27：Only one pool (they advertised 2 pools), they could work a little bit harder on the cleanliness part (found sand and dust in the room), towels had some rust spots on them (assumed/hoped they were from the drier), ants infestation (be careful where you leave your food).
Review 28：Lovely green garden, situated near sea (10m) but the actual usable beach is few hundred meters away, few (rather expensive - being the only ones around) restaurants in the area, there is also a supermarket in a walking distance, generally the area is quiet but there's one fancy-club in the neighbourhood who might have a say on that (fireworks at 2AM), plenty parking spots, nice terrace on the top of the house, fully furnished kitchen with washing machine.

Review 30：Our apartment overlooked the Med with splendid views. Situated at the end of La Manga Strip it was also near the Mar Menor so there was an excellent choice of beaches.
Review 31：The advertisement stated WiFi in the public places. There was only one outside location, the swimming pool where WiFi worked. There was no seating, shade or electricity.
Review 32：Beds were not made where towels and linen was left in the bag on the floor. Only half of a roll of toilet paper in bathroom - no spare ones available. Only Spanish channels on TV. Far from mainland if you want to drive away and visit opther places.

Review 35：For us, wanting to do nothing, this is an excellent location. Excellent communal gardens and pool (1 pool under repair) and only 8 metres from the sea. Restaurants, café and bread shop all within 3 mins walk. Extremely quiet (May) but will be a lot busier/noisier at peak times.Well equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, microwave, washing m/c). Perfect location for nothing to do other than eat, drink, beach and relax
Review 36：The swimming pools were closed. I was told they would open on the Wednesday but I left on Saturday and they were still closed.
Review 37：I had the best accommodation with a view on the sea 8m further in front of me. Really nice littles houses with nice flowers, plants, trees. Calm. But should be more noisy in summer : I went 2nd week of April. El Mar Menor 200m walk from the accommodation. Nice long empty beaches.
Review 38：Location was tops on Mar Menor. Right on the water, not a high-rise. The complex had nice grounds, well maintained. Apartments are "pool" so your exact apartment may not be like ours, which was quite nice and well equipped. Also, staff is very good, we had a problem and they solved it immediately. We were there in off season, so price was incredible for what we got.
Review 39：Apts not cleaned once during stay we had to buy toilet paper three restaurents within two miles and one of them closed at six pm no local taxis so very costly to hire two had to rely on bus service last bus back was at nine not good

It was not possible to sleep up to 3 p.m. - crowds of people walking on promenade, talking and yelling... beds are old and creaky as well as the sofa... so called "reception" staff doesn't speak English at all... no supermarket nearby, as it is announced... There are plenty of rental possibilities at La Manga, so this is definitely not the best value for the money!

Our apartment was next door to reception on ground floor and car park was right on our balcony!.No supermarket on site although one was advertised.Furniture in apartment was chipped and worn, bathroom had seen better days! Sofa seemed damp. No kettle for tea. No hairdryer.Not really good value for money.4 star Hotels in area were a lot cheaper.Pool was closed most afternoons when lifeguard went across to beach!! Of two pools advertised only one was ever open and that closed most afternoons!!! Lots of dogs on site (which no doubt was due to most apartments being permanent homes.)Entrance to ground floor apartments were dodgy as stairs were directly outside door and we had to duck under or hit head on concrete overhang.. I am only 5 ft 2 inches and I had to duck!!!I don't see where you would get a sea view, unless you stood on roof and had powerful binoculars! Maybe some apartments at very rear would give sea view,but not able to clarify this. We had a great view of car park though. In fact we were practically in car park.So if you read this , do not ask for Apartment 157
