Review 1：Nothing bad.

Review 2：Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Good, large, modern room and facilities within it. Great breakfast (and what looked like interesting evening meals although we did not eat here). Not bad prices for drinks (taken around the pool and before venturing out in the evening). Quiet-ish location (until a local hotel nearby broadcast their garden entertainment to the whole of the neighbourhood. It stopped at midnight). Hotel is clean and generally spacious (uncluttered). Thoroughly recommended.

Review 4：The hotel is beautiful, at sunset it shines. It's near the beach and the staff - even with a poor English - is very friendly and tried to satisfy your requests always is possible. Esperanza is a jewel, efficient, with a good English. Breakfast is great, healthy and if you prefer indulge yourself, ithere are sweeties delicacies. I didn't have dinner there, but the pool service makes very good snacks and sandwiches. It's a perfect place to holidays.

Review 5：Parking can be tricky on weekends and high season. Make arrangements in advance.

Review 6：Location is great, near el trend and in walkin distance to downtown. The property is very clean, the staff is friendly to a fault, the breakfast buffet is amazing, and the rooms are large and have a nice balcony.

Review 7：If you want a varied experience (something besides beaches) you'd really need a car since the location is a little isolated. The food seemed to cater more towards the German tourists.

Review 8：Great if you want to relax by the pool or walk to beautiful white-sand beaches (FYI: often nude!) Very peaceful and beautiful views. You would not need to leave the hotel if you didn't want to. The small town is 15-20 min walk with restaurants and a few shops.

Review 9：-noisy rooms: if an upstairs neighbour flushes the toilet you can hear it, etc.... -WIFI is not strong: annoying -there are a lot of Germans in the hotel, you have to be in the mood for that -service is slow, at times there is noone at the reception (the staff is having lunch) -unacceptable that you can't have lunch/something to eat after 1430 hrs - 1800 hrs -do not eat at the hotel in the evenings, the menu is very basic, there are lots of cheap and fun restaurants in the neighbourhood -Colonia de Sant Jordi is not the most scenic beauty for a coastal town, the only good thing (esthetically) is the country side and ofcourse the beach -price/quality wise I expected better
