Review 2：Everything from the friendly staff, the excellent dinner (ask for the set menu) that was of good quality and reasonably priced to the comfortable bedroom. Convenient for city and bay.

Review 11：The rooms were tired and the carpets were stained the floors creaked when you walked on them which sounds loud in the middle of the night. We paid extra for a suite but wouldn't do again as it was no better than our friends standard room.

Review 13：Lobby stunk of smoke from cigarettes almost every day. Pillows were tothin...You need about five to sleep comfortably. High speed internet wasexpensive and did not work. No bbc on tv for us foreigners.

Review 15：Charged me for a latte macchiato for breakfast when I asked for itinstead of regular coffee. I do not mind paying at all but that wasmiserly. Left a bad taste in my mouth!!!!

Review 16：outstanding management and staff. All went out of their way to make you feel welcome at their facility. Also want to recommend them for the restaurant quality of food preparation and presentation. This is the only place I will stay on my return visits.

Review 19：When are Germany going to ban smoking in public places?!! The smell of cigarette smoke was everywhere. To order a beer in the bar, I had to stand with a handkerchief over my mouth and nose. It was like standing in a stinking ashtray - disgusting. Also, when coming out of your room to go for breakfast, the entire hotel stank of smoke. It was difficult to breathe walking through corridors and down stairs.
