Review 1：there were no towels in my bathroom, no roomservice because they were bussy, i had to wait 30 minutes for my Sandwich because they had no time, no proper shampoo,

Review 3：We booked kings or double bed but get twin bed, we not been informed about that before we come to hotel. Beds have two mattresses one over each other which are to soft and sliding.

Review 5：The hotel is comfortable but in need of a refit. Everything works but is a little tired. A little worn. A word of warning: the free coffee should be avoided !!!

Review 17：As is typical of European hotels, there was insufficient storage space for my clothes (no dresser, only one shelf, small closet). The hallway smelled like sewage every morning until the cleaning staff sprayed perfume, which covered the smell through the day and evening.

Review 18：The front desk staff were very helpful and always friendly. My room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. Also the air conditioning worked well, so that I could be cool enough to sleep comfortably at night. The location was perfect for short walks to the shopping district and the main tourist attractions.

Review 19：The chambermaid, called out in Dutch to clean my room, waking me. I had no idea what this meant and she just opened the door. and it was only 10am ,I wasnt due to check out until 12pm.

Review 21：Good hotel near town centre with secure, covered parking about 200 metres away. Staff were friendly and helpful. En suite room was good and clean. There is a coffee machine on each floor as well. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Review 22：The carpet looked a little worse for wear, which was ok if you are just walking around on it, but not so nice if you were stretching/doing yoga on it. Nothing a towel couldn't solve though. The bed was a bit too soft for my bad back. Finally, the windows are a bit oddly placed - I had a long strip high up and a shorter strip close to the floor, but none in the middle which meant that I effectively had a wall view.

Review 23：The location was excellent - just a 5 min walk from the heart of town. Loved the facilities - the sauna can be booked for private use and it's a lot larger than it looks - a steam room, a dry sauna, and recliners to relax away. There was a good spread at breakfast.

Review 26：At the arrival, we met not the greatest staff at the reception. Only one couple were at the reception when we came in and no attention was paid to us, even though we came to the desk and tried to make at least an eye-contact. Eventually, we asked straightforwardly if we couldn't get directions to their parking lot, as we had a reservation at the hotel with parking and now we had to leave the car illegally on the street with warning lights blinking. Even though the other couple were just filling in their contact info, the reception lady told us to wait until she's done completing check-in of that couple, to give us any answers. The guy at the reception was also unhelpful, as later none of them could point us to any Indonesian restaurant in the area - we couldn't believe it when we saw an Indonesian restaurant on the hotel's information sheet in the room, and the hotel was taking delivery orders for that place...

Review 35：Pillows are too thick (sounds silly, but they are so thick, you could not comfortably lie down without having your head still propped up slightly); shower is fine but it is in a bathtub with a bit of a curved floor (you can actually feel the rising tub walls underfoot when you're standing taking a shower), essentially the shower is not level because of the tub floor.

The rooms are not so clean (dirty carpet, smell humidity) giving you the impression that you don't want to leave your luggage on the floor !
