Review 1：I did not like that several time we asked for less noise to the cleaning personal and they were arrogant. Each day between 10 and 17 was a big noise in the building while the cleaning ladies were cleaning other appartments with the open doors, moving plastic chairs, speak loud, quarrel sometimes. About the reservation, we asked for appartment to the see and mention this on Booking. At the phone and when we arrived they did not have our comments about this particular desire. So, you reserve and you get the appartment that they have and not what you ask.
Review 2：- cleaning personnel a bit noisy; - 1h driving from the airport. in fact, this is the only major minus: basically, you'll have to rent a car there. fortunately, there are plenty companies to choose from - and cheap; - pools open at 10:00. there are a lot of people who would like to go out a little bit earlier (after 12:00 the sun increases its power and it is too dangerous to stay outside). not a show stopper though - beach is only 20m further.
Review 3：+ we enjoyed our staying there and we came back this year (brought some friends with us, this time). actually, this is the 4th time we stayed at P&V within one year period; + building is new, the rooms are nice, clean and with the basic things to make your life easier. do not expect some fancy stylish room. you'll find the basic utilities to help you (dishwasher, laundry, fridge, oven, dishes, tv/cable - all new); + decent supermarkets within a walking distance (2), other 3 within 2-3 minutes driving range, a big one within 20 minutes driving; + pools are clean and suitable for all ranges (kids, adults); + the apart-hotel is straight on the beach; + free parking outside. it gets crowded during the week-ends, but there is the paid-parking choice at the hotel; + there are 3 restaurants around. there are more around, but you might have to drive;
Review 4：Nothing much nearby.Only 4 places to eat.One was awful(el fogons)and another amazing(I don't know the name but it was on the sea from a few minutes from the apartment,Fantastic food,romantic setting,wonderful service yet great prices.no shops or daytime pastimes.No English speakers which made life difficult as we speak little Spanish(we intend to learn it before traveling in future

Review 22：Beach and sea! The sea isn't deep - ideal for kids! Small store near hotel (but no fresh meat and fish, only freeze). Good restaurants in 5 min walk. The apartment has all the necessary, including washing-machine and dishwasher
Review 23：There was only one downfall for us and that was the fact that there was only one English tv channel which was the Disney channel which is very minor but think they could do with more.
Review 24：Absolutely fantastic place if you want to relax and chill out. The apartments were spacious, modern and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Review 28：The location was excellent as right on the beach and at quieter end of mar menor. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The pools were clean and large.

Review 30：Beautiful views. Do pay the additional 50 euros - it was really worth it to have a wonderful balcony and sea view. Friendly staff did really well to please, and when we got there early they let us check in straight away.
