Review 1：was put into a grotty apartment the first night, they moved us the next day, no clean towels until the day before we left to come home, only because we had to ask for them. bath was leaking into the hallway & bedroom

Review 12：The apartment was not totally clean and the receptionists. The check in was polite but did not engaged and/or smile. The receptionist on the check out was very abrupt and very unfriendly, on the edge of rudeness.

Review 34：We normally stay in an apartment which is newly furnished. this time it was older and looking tired. Great apartment but just old. Too few sunbeds round the pool and although signs displayed around the pool asking people not to reserve sunbeds this was not adhered to or monitored. People reserved sunbeds and went to the beach to return later in the day. We were able to get one sunbed between 2 of us although families with young children reserved them for the little ones. I spoke to the lifeguard but he did nothing.

Review 35：Lovely complex as usual. Fabulous huge balcony was a suntrap with 2 sunbeds which was very welcome as we could not get sunbeds by the pool.

Review 50：The entire place was great! Apartments are spacious, nicely decorated & has all the amenities needed and the kitchen is very well equipped. We had a 2bdrm with two separate toilets and baths & a one bdrm apartment both right next to the pool, reception & wellness area. We'll definitely return again. But for those planning to stay here, a car is a must!!!!

Review 51：1. There is the problem with ventilation. In apartment always smells like in toilet!!! 2. Heaters not working properly. One of them was broken. 3. Hotel situated really far from the sea. 4. In apartment the floor is extremely cold, like outside. 5. Indoor swimming pool is small and shallow. 6. Really don't understand why they put cold water in Jacuzzi??? 7. Not enough hot water!!! Our apartment was for 6 people, (we were 3 adults and 2 child’s.) but hot water was only for 2 person! 8. In the pool a lot of chlorine! (My wife got skin allergy)

Review 56：Very spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen. Cleaning was quite often. The sea is approximately 2km away, 2 supermarkets - about 1,5km. If you're fit, you will enjoy walking up and down the hill, otherwise you need a car. There are plenty of bars and restaurants, too. Taxi from bars/supermarket area will cost you only 6 euro. I have to mention that it is not La Cala De Mijas,.it's Riviera del Sol! You can easily get there from Malaga airport by taking a train to Fuengirolla, then a bus to Riviera. Public transport is quite good and cheap. You can rent a car through the Oasis Grangefield hotel or there is a Fetajo car rental company in town where you can get a really good price for a car. Also, it's worth seeing stunning views of Costa del Sol, especially if you go up the coast, passing Malaga (try Benajarafe beach).

Review 63：Extremely lazy and to some point rude staff. Not all of them but the majority. My wife ordered some ice cream and the dude just started laughing at her. They rarely had anything on the menus and the staff would just shrug ha ha. We found this amusing although many wouldn't. My wife left after a week as we were on working holiday and she had to get home but I still had a further week. On checking out the receptionist made me pay again for our room after we already paid before we arrived. She wouldn't let me leave (nearly missed flight) and was arguing for 40 mins with me so I had to pay to catch flight. We emailed when I got home and they replied oh yes your right sorry give us your card details and we will refund ha ha. Would prob stay somewhere else like alanda club which we stayed at earlier in the summer. Also internet is crap and they advertise high speed internet for 20 euros a week. It isn't high speed not can u get a signal anywhere other than reception.

Review 67：The entertainment was incredibly loud and exceeded the noise limiters. When asked to turn down was laughed at. Asked to be relocated to a quiet room - there are no quiet rooms.The service in the pool bar was unacceptable and the location offers a shuttle bus to the beach which you are charged for. The room clearly suffers from damp in the winter and the mould had been painted over - if I was offered a refund I would have taken it and found alternative accomodation. The facilities need to be described as they are in reality - it is wrong to disguise the truth just to get a cheap booking.

To charge such a high price for a "One Star" not 3 as you stated was terrible. This is not the 1st time you have let us down, we were left high and dry when you cancelled the Chiltern hotel & resterauant for the 3 May 2014(booking no 868496182) so I should not have been surprised. As for the accomodation in Spain we feel totally cheated out of 630 euros
