Review 1：Had to pay before seeing the room. The TV reception was poor. But the breakfast room was light and friendly. For the price, the place was great!
Review 2：Had business in Salzburg and it was perfectly located. Restaurant below the rooms was very nice and had good food. Parking was good.
Review 3：The staff was rude; from the restaurant waiter who did not want to seat us at 9:10 pm even if the kitchen closed at 10 pm, to the breakfast host who seemed mad if we asked for water or coffee and was hurrying us to finish our breakfast. The breakfast host scolded my boyfriend for walking to our room with a glass of water. Overall the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming. Also, our room was switched while we were out and the staff had moved all of our things to another room. The second room's bathroom/WC was outside of the actual room.

Review 11：service, and location our room upon arrival, then we found 4 rooms were empty and open their location was much better and the size, when we requested to change the answer was this room equal your amount deposited , I had to argue then decide to leave the hotel, at the end they accept to change the room, but really they gave me a hard time, nothing I liked there
Review 12：If you use a gps to find this hotel, do not check the "No toll road" box. My gps took us down cow paths! It was quite funny and then to find the hotel on the highway in the end.
Review 13：The place was clean, the people were nice. It was a bus ride from Saltzburg instead of having to drive around in town and deal with parking. The Salt Mine tour in Hallein was the best! But drive your car there.
Review 14：Upon arrival I stood in the doorway and staff ignored me for the first couple of minutes. The Wi-Fi signal didn't reach into our room, so we requested a solution as we booked the accommodation needing the advertised, "Wi-Fi in all areas". However, after chasing the staff around the hotel multiple times over a period of 2hrs, being told all our devices (phones, tablets and laptops) were faulty and being told a "technician is on the way" (who mysteriously never arrived), I requested we be moved to a room within signal range. Alternatively, we were happy with a refund as we were using the Wi-Fi on the floor of the hallway (which staff saw and just kept walking by). Situation was finally resolved with a room change within Wi-Fi range. Paid for the breakfast, which closed at 10am. I arrived at 9:40am and was told to leave 10mins later by the staff member turning the TV off I was watching, and saying breakfast is closed and I had to leave halfway through my breakfast. These were just a few issues. Overall the staff seemed to care very little about their guests, and was personally the worst experience I've had in a hotel.

Review 20：Staff is inexperienced, hotel just started. They don't have 24h reception, and the owner doesn't make you feel welcome. Breakfast is weak. Cheap "juices" and coffee machine. Too hot in the summer, but cannot keep the windows open because of smoke coming from the restaurant in the first floor. No elevator - reception and the rooms are in the second floor, you need to climb the stairs with your luggage.

No water available in room and when we asked he sent us to the restaurant which operates seperately from the hotel and they charged us 6 euros!!!

Review 28：When we arrived around 23:00, (the check-in end at 0:00 but around 20:00 the same day we called the hotel to inform them that there will be some risk that we may arrive late this day because there was a lot of traffic jam in Germany, the guy on the phone told us that there will be no problem and you can arrive anytime and you will be able to check in) the receptionist pretended that our reservation was unknown to him and then he called his boss and after a long discussion with him he came to us and asked me my name and he repeated it on the phone, after a while he proposed to us another hotel, I have refused and at the end instead of the 4 beds room we have booked, he told me that there was only 2 room of 2 beds available. We had no choice we accepted the offer and the day after we had to change to a 4 bed room. I would like to report that I was insulted by a staff working in the restaurant and he threatened me that he will call the police and we will be treated like offenders

The desk in the room for the laptop is so small that you cannot even work on the PC there 3. Because of guest to the restaurant you are asked to park 200 meters away 4. There was no kettle in the room as indicated on the website....it had to be ordered. 5. There is no fan in the bathroom 6. There is no hot water in the sink, only in the shower 7. The internet connection is very bad 8. The sink is in the bedroom and in order to switch on the light for the bathroom the light above the sink also is switched on, i.e. going to the bathroom at night is impossible without waking up the other person in the room

Review 33：Staff was unhelpful and spoke little English. Couldn't open the window though there was no air conditioning because the people smoking on the patio downstairs made the room stink. No chairs on the balcony and the wifi was spotty. Breakfast was a letdown.
Review 34：Gorgeous gorgeous views of Alps and vineyard. Comfortable room and great bathroom. Close to Hellbrun and Zoo but those are the only walkable places.
Review 35：It was still being finished. Smelt of paint and we had to leave the doors and windows open our whole stay, which made it quite cold. It took quite awhile to check in and out. No breakfast even though it was promised (again, because it's not fully finished yet).
