Review 29：Guests - a majority always from the same country in such hotels, disturbing, shouting, and a personal granting you a room in a 1st floor next to the dancing evening, which was actually a shouting evening... (...if you now what i mean) - therefore also a breakfast served for them. Amount instead of quality. Rooms only in upper floors acceptable if you stay longer than only 1 night, i.e. far far far away from every event organized for a tours visiting the hotel for a week or two. Personal not even interested to explain the difference in price between 2 rooms, which were almost next to each other (same view, same square footage).

Review 30：Good location. A very good location! 40 sec by foot to a beach. If you want to open a window for a night (depending on the room - prefer a south side), you don't need to play any chillout music to fall asleep. ;) Quite a big bathroom.

Review 35：The second visit we made had a very noisy room on the 6th floor. Its the air conditioning units on the roof. They know this is a problem but we had to ask 3 times before they moved us. Breakfast is not good.It seems they use the cheapest ingredients available. Coffee is terrible and the OJ is worse. Nice fresh eggs the saving grace. Hope the new owners get their act together as this hotel could be really good.

But the receptionist was very nice and let us change room next day to the pool side which had evening sun and was very much better. Thank you very much.

Review 92：It is a hotel, not a resort. There is only one buffet restaurant in a below grade room. The Pool isn't heated and is a wading pool. It is advertised as a four star but it definitely is not. Only do the Bed ad Breakfast if that and go out for the remainder of the meals. There is nothing to keep you at the hotel itself except the beachfront.

Review 105：On allocation of room we discovered our bedroom door did not close properly and we asked to be moved to another room, we were refused and had to sit for 1 hr until maintenance repaired the door-no refreshments or apology offered. Queues for breakfast 30+ each morning. Pool area v busy every day...beds reserved despite signs asking otherwise. The view from our balcony was of a swampy area inhabiited by rats & ducks...the cockroche in the foyer at 430am on the morning of our depatrture was the ultimate turn off given the price we paid.

The Air con was not efficient enough for the heat. The towels were shocking in the dirty bathrooms they were as thin as the sheets both of them ! You could not get food on a lunch time around the pool only a drink if you were prepared to queue for twenty mins. Lots of maintenance issues ie lights and shades out !
