Review 1：Lovely clean apartment, AirCon was efficient and we certainly needed it, WiFi great especially for the children. View over the bay was amazing. All in all a lovely experience

Review 4：The apartment was very clean it had everything you needed. The staff was very helpful and polite and even gave us a Christmas present of wine and chocolate but that was not the reason why I like this apartment. It is genuinely clean, comfortable and homely. As it was Christmas the town is not very lively but it suited us fine as all we needed after a stressful year is to relax and think of nothing and since we are not a party animal it suited as well. We rented a car so shopping for food etc etc was not a problem but without a car it would be difficult. Overall the apartment was clean, tidy and even had a washing machine. I would rent it again.

Review 5：There was a mix up with the booking which meant that we had to spend the first night in a non-sea view apartment which faced the side road. This was rectified the next day and we were more than adequately compensated.

Review 6：The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We ate out each evening but there was everything in the kitchen that you could possibly have need to self cater. We loved watching the sun come up as we had breakfast on the balcony while enjoying the lovely view of the harbour. Well worth the extra money for the view and the fact that you are away from the road that runs down the side of the apartments which can be a little noisy. This is a nice quiet resort and perfect for a relaxing break. We would definitely come back.

Review 7：Arrived on the Sunday as confirmed to Booking.com by phone at 1.00pm. Weather was stormy and very wet. No-one at the apartment. When I finally got the local hotel to telelphone them the person on the other end of the phone was most unhelpful and stated he did not know when we would arrive. He first of all said he would be there at 4.00pm changed that to 5.00pm leaving us standing in the rain for 4 hours with 3 suitcases. When he finally arrived I found him to be unhelpful and uncommunicative. He did not even show us round the apartment or how anything worked. I received e mails from yourselves asking us when we were arriving these were sent to my home e mail after I had already left for Palma.

Review 8：The apartment itself could not be faulted. It was clean and well fitted out. Beds a bit hard. Lack of helpful information on the area was available. The person I got on telephone at end of holiday who booked my taxi to the airport was much more pleasant and helpful.

Review 18：Dog in the apartment next door barked aggressively when we came and went which made us nervous and it woke us up as you could hear it loudly in the bedrooms. Beds were a little hard to our taste.

Review 19：Nice welcome by Pablo who gave us wine and maps. The location of the apartment right by the sea was perfect for us, and the resort of Colonia Sant Jordi is quiet and seems to be dominated by Spanish tourists. I think that it was the best equipped apartment I have ever stayed in - everything you could imagine especially in the kitchen. Also, there were plenty of spare towels and sheets in case the need arose which was very generous. The apartment was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our time on the balcony which was lovely. The wifi worked well. Recommended.

Review 20：Good 3 bedroom apartment with balcony that gets the sun in the afternoon. Great position close to the port and beach. Lots of good restuarants in easy walking distance and 4 good supermarkets.

Review 24：It's a very comfortable apartment that had everything we needed. The weather was chilly at night, so it was great to have some heating. Also, the owner waited up very late for us to arrive, which we really appreciated. The location is wonderful - lots of nice cafes and restaurants, several beaches very nearby. It was also very peaceful and quiet (both the apartment and the area). We'd definitely go back.
