Review 1：Double bed for 2 ladies when we requested a twin room. We were advised that we had to pay extra for a twin room as it is a larger room.

Review 2：Lady on reception was excellent, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The breakfast was great too.

Review 5：I think for a 3*, the hotel rooms need refurbishing, especially thebathroom We had 2 beds, and the second one was very small for an adult.A lot of noise at night coming from the outside, at all hours of thenight, even when windows closed One has no control on the main roomradiator. You have the choice between too hot in the room or too muchnoise coming from the outside

Review 8：The location could not be better for ski-in ski-out. Ski hire shop and lift pass shop in the same building. The staff were particularly helpful and kind. Every single member of staff was excellent. Rooms comfortable and clean.

Review 9：Room was small and nowhere to hang or store our skiing clothes or dry them out. Hotel was difficult to find but it was snowing very hard when we arrived. Access to the hotel from the car park is not very inviting.
