Reviews for Lagrange Confort+ Le Prat de Lis
Review 1:The spar was closed -Shame
Review 2:Right by the chair lift, Les Angles groomed the slopes right up to the building. Could have had covered parking, but as late season, there was loads of spaces out front, so not needed. Reception helpful and had everything organised for arrival and departure, thanks.
Review 3:Extremely expensive -€950 for 1 week and on top charged extras for everything inc the necessities like towels & sheets?? Also paid extra for parking. Location of accommodation is not central to village. Accommodation is 3 separate buildings; our apt was on th 3rd floor of the 3rd building making it a difficult trek every morning/afternoon with 2 kids. There is a lift only from basement to first floor?! Also charged an extra €100 as our cleaning endeavour was not up to their standard and a key misplaced in apt. I can accept min charge for key but not €€€€ for apt which I personally cleaned daily!
Review 4:The village is quaint and very family friendly if travelling with kids. The skiing was great. The weather was great.
Review 5:the spa has not been working for a year.Last year we were there...
Review 6:location
Review 7:Front desk is open only for a few hours during the morning. Beds are aweful
Review 8:Great location with ski in/ski out Easy to park Les Angles offers a variety of nice restaurants and good skiing.
Review 9:Proximity to the chair-lift and that you could ski in and out of the accommodation from block 2 and 3.
Review 10:The intersport ski hire shop located at the front of the building was a little less than satisfactory. This may have been due to the fact that we skied very late in the season and i suspect the staff who were there were not part of the management team! There was however a very friendly alternative on the next bock. Didn't receive the 20% discount available at Intersport, however, they were well equipped, friendly and OPEN all day.
Review 11:Excellent location. Lift passes can be purchased at the front of the building, and then just clip on your skis and hop onto the lift!! Couldn't be easier :-). We were all in the first block of the accommodation. Rooms were clean and well equipped although did miss having a kettle and oven. We took advantage of private parking and ski lockers all easily accessible from street level with a lift up to the rooms. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
Review 12:The television in the room was small, outdated and required a rental fee per night.
Review 13:The proximity to the skiable terrain, hire shop and ticket office was fantastic. It's very pleasing to exit the building and be on the ski slopes.
Review 14:Firstly the website is very consfusing when I booked I thought I had booked into Prat des Lis as this is where I have stayed before. On arrival I was advised that we were actually booked in in the sister hotel further down the road (not ideal as it was further away from the slopes). In the end they gave us a 2 bed apart in the hotel (same as what we had booked in the other hotel apparently) but at an additional cost. They do not make up beds, they just provide you with sheets and towels. They do not provide any cleaning materials, toilet roll or tea towels. The place was not very clean when we arrived and one of the beds had a sheet on it with a stain. We checked out one day early as we did not want to stay anymore but paid for the additional night. When leaving the lady that worked there advised us that we had to pay €70 for cleaning. The place was as we found it only that there was a small bag of rubbish in the apartment. We moved the bins to the large bin outside which are further down the street. They expect you to find the place exactly how you found it, so it makes me wonder if they actually get a cleaner in between clients. Will NOT stay here again.
Review 15:1 bedroom room, for 4 persons was very small and tight for space with no closet space. This was with 3 people, would have been very uncomfortable with 4 people.
Review 16:Great location for skiing, there's a ski lift and a ski shop outside the door. 5 minute walk to the shops and village so location is perfect. Excellent really friendly and helpful staff.
Review 17:The spa was closed on sunday which was very disappointing as we were only really staying for the sunday!
Review 18:The staff were brilliant. Really welcoming and helpful.
Review 19:We have stayed here several times now and on each occasion we are never informed by booking.com that there is also a charge for the rental of bedding, only that there is a charge for bath linen. There is only a lift in the first block of apartments therefore it is quite a trek from the entrance to the second and third blocks carrying luggage/groceries/ski equipment especially in icy conditions. It is rather a nuisance having to clean the entire apartment before leaving and waiting to have it checked in order to avoid paying a hefty cleaning charge. The reception hours are restrictive.
Review 20:The location was excellent. It is possible to ski to the door as it is located on the slopes next to a chairlift. We had a problem with the sink tap in the kitchen and the maintenance staff were both quick and efficient. There is a free car park at the foot of the complex or it is possible to pay to use the indoor car park with ski locker facilities.
Review 21:Location excellent, right next to ski slopes and town. Very helpful staff.
Review 22:Excellent location for doorstep skiing. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.
