Review 1：No duvet, only sheet with blanket. No tea or coffee during dinner and supper. Absolutely no plants or flowers on the outside territory. Even inside only plastic trees. In october beach towels are not available. Elder people aimed.

Review 2：Refrigarator in the room. The breakfast is rather poor, but dinner and supper are good. Wine and water are included. Very good sand, the water is clean and not deep for many meters (good for children). Parking

Review 3：Cold food at every meal we were told to use the microwave to reheat the food not good for a 4 star hotel. Pool closed from 14.00- 17.00this is the time you need to be in the pool. We where given a 17.30 time to use the spar spar is not open at that time.so we did not get to use the spar.staff un helpfull and rood.

Review 7：Excellent location and we had views of the sea on one side and mar menor on the other side. The beach is right on the doorstep of the hotel and lovely sandy clean beach. Staff in hotel were very nice and friendly.

Review 8：The Hotel looks like a hospital especially the corridors the colour of the walls and the rooms. You can use the Spa only half an hour a day and it is closed on Sundays. It is far away to the city center. Never go there in October because the hotel is full of old people.

Review 21：Set right on the beach it has a beautiful location. Not close to a resort centre so ideal for relaxing but not if you want to go shopping or eat or drink outside of the hotel. Car hire would be ideal to make the most of your stay. We were the only English guests but that was fine and the staff made every effort to speak English to us. The spa area is lovely so pay that little extra to include it if you can

Review 22：Very poor wi-fi and pay for this. Misunderstanding in paying for the rooms. I try to discribe for other people and the hotel staff:"Charge of our accomodation from our account was recorded the day before our arrival (it is O.K), but the staff doesn´t know it and they want our credit cards!! (it isn´t O.K.). And the exchange rate was very inappropriate, because the payment were charged in Czech crowns a day before our arrival, but we wanted to settle the payment in euros (other 7 hotels in Andalusia during our holiday did it in euros!!!). So I don´t understand the hotel policy, when they offered payment in euros.

Review 26：The room was very basic, top cover on bed was like a table cover which had been torn into two, the food was the same for lunch as tea, there was no variety and food was cold breakfast was fried egg which was dried up and bacon no beans no tomatoes,next morning was small sausages and a boiled egg for breakfast,we had to ask for bananas,it is never an all inclusive hotel there was no food between meals and the drinks were from 11 am until 8 pm,our package included free internet in your rooms and when we complained we had no signal in our rooms we were told the signal was poor and did not reach the bedrooms,we were entitled to a free spa day the only day we could get it was in the morning when we were departing which didn't suit us, the hotel definately needs a good refurbishing

Food bundle unbelivable upgraded from breakfast only to full board only 4 Euro's on my stay, food was mind bending self service but truly excellent,plus as much wine as you can drink, a one litre bottle of wine colour of your choice is put on the table good Spanish house wine.we had half a litre each,and then we turned down the offer of more. First class stay excellent value, also allowed to keep our bike in our room

Review 32：Internal decor; dated and mishmash of colours. Lifts in poor state of repair; got stuck in one and had to be rescued. Breakfast: very poor quality food and limited option. The "milk" that comes out of coffee machines can only be described as tasteless, slightly white warm water. Never try the white coffee, simply un drinkable.

Eventually we ate at 9.30pm which is too late for us and we were past eating by then. While there was plenty of other dishes to choose from they were all salad based with no hot vegetables. This was not a major issue for us as we got this hotel full board at a very reasonable price, but the choice of meals may not suit everybody. Please also be aware the bar in this hotel closes very early in the evening.

Review 93：This hotel is right on the beach and has a small selection of restaurants and bars just 50 meters away. The pool and sun-lounging area is excellent. Bedroom was spacious and very clean, as was the whole hotel. We arrived very late at 11:00pm and the kitchen had prepared a salad which was left out in the dining room for us along with a bottle of wine and water. We thought this was a nice touch and was very welcome. We were there in late October and the majority of guests were elderly Spanish people, but there was also a few families as well. There is also a large parking area which is free of charge. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Review 98：Constant noise of hotel aircon in room facing the Mar Menor. Constant Musac - there was no where to sit inside without some noise. The Disabled accessible room we were allocated was horrible without a balcony and smelly BUT in fairness they changed it for us without any fuss but not disabled accessible.

Review 109：Free parking and wifi, we stayed there 1 week I only noticed two members of staff that were friendly and had good customer skills and care to smile and to be friendly (Teodoro & Gregorio) the rest of staff are not motivated at all. The food was ok, the playground for kids was a nice touch.
