Review 1：It is quite difficult to find as it is outside of the city on what looks like an industrial estate. It is a pity they do not serve evening meals but we were able to have the choice of plenty in Chinon itself.
Review 2：The owners are very welcoming and do everything to make your stay comfortable. Very clean room with good beds, hot shower and an excellent breakfast - the best we have ever had in France!

Review 9：Could have done with a bar in the hotel or a mini bar in the room as it's not located in the town centre. Needed/wanted a glass of falling over water before bed after 14 hours of driving, but the bed was superbly comfortable and made the zzz's arrive soonest
Review 10：Easy to find hotel, if you take a print out of the booking confirmation as there's a map on it! Helpful manager, quiet location, so good for a night's rest when you've been driving all day. Breakfast was excellent help-yourself fare, with as much as you wanted.
Review 11：A little away from the city which I prefer. Right next to a majorsupermarket/store. Bought some cold cuts and salad for dinner andchocolat au pain for breakfast. Great for people like us on a budgetthrough Europe. Hotel was close to many major attractions including,Chateau D'azay, Chinon, Rivaud, Abbaye de Fontevraud etc. Had anissue initially with wifi but the host re-booted the system and itworked great after that.

Review 43：Loved the fact that we could eat our own food in their lovely garden, full of flowers, especially sweet-scented wisteria. We liked the personal touches of the owner's beloved objects in view, his friendly but unobtrusive dog. Rooms were impeccable and the owner very friendly and helpful at all times. He directed us to a large supermarket only 2 minutes away, where we got everything we needed. And we were just off the roads to take us to several chateaux, e.g. Azay le Rideau, only 11 km. away.
Review 44：No hot water at 7.30 Sunday morning, but OK at 8.0 am. This was the day on which the clocks went back, so possibly that was the reason.
Review 45：Secure parking; garden surrounding the hotel, which was being tended by the owner and made us feel that someone was making an effort and took pride in the place.Easy to find location on a trading estate which worried us initially, but found it was not too bad.
