Review 1：In general the facilities correspond to what one may expect from a two star hotel but installations and furniture is all very old and worn out. The bathroom is very small

Review 2：The location is near the ski lift, there is a (slow) free wifi Internet connection and many free parking lots are available

Review 3：Hotel a bit dated and room in need of some attention. Basic but fine. Very clean.

Review 4：Handy for that end of day run, skis off And literally 30 secs to locker! We arrived later than planned but hotel/ through Booking.com contacted me with arrangements.

Review 5：Everything situated close to the hotel so anything you need on the door step. No need to catch bus or train to get to slopes just meters away. We drive there and enjoy the trip.

Review 6：The wifi was not working in the bedrooms, and was limited in the common areas. The bar area and the reception was closed from 12 to 3 which is a bit strange in high season. If you arrive between 12 and 3, you can't check in! Very annoying! And as the bar area is closed as well, there is absolutely no place to be during the day (the bedrooms are also small and not very comfortable to stay in)

Review 7：Breakfast very nice, real croissants and pains au chocolat, nice bread, nice choice, not very large but good quality. The location is very good, very close to a chairlift and a ski rental shop. Nice view over the lake if you are lucky to get a room on that side.

Review 8：The receptionist has been terribly "non welcoming"; lack of assistance for anything; no smile; no wifi because simply 'it does'nt work anymore'! Amazingly non professional !!

We will be back as we look foreword to introducing our grandchildren to the snow here, the gentle slopes and the proximity of the hotel make it almost ideal.

Review 35：Family room was OK. Wifi only worked in the bar area which was closed from 8pm.every evening a group who werent residents filled the bar area just to avail of wifi , a bit off putting!The shower could really do with a proper attachment to the wall.

Review 38：Very close to the ski lifts and not too far to walk to the centre. Room was basic but clean and relatively spacious - a lot bigger than most rooms I've stayed in on skiing holidays over the past 30 years!

Review 39：It was much harder to find. No one returned our calls about us arrivinglate and keys were just left on front desk. Very strange, no staff atall after 7pm!! The room and bed clothes stank of cigarettes, not niceat all and not good for the children. The kettles were mouldy and thewifi didn't work,, the main reason I booked hotel was to catch up withwork via wifi!! No explanation as no staff on again till next morning atcheck out,,,

However thisyear we were extremely disappointed with the breakfast and ended up onlyhaving it one day.1) Coffee was awful 2) There were no eggs - hard boiled or otherwise 3) There was no fruit compote for the cereals Overall we thought EUR 9 each was very expensive for what it was.
