Review 1：We never received Priel card so we could not enjoyed the benefits of it - seems like simple miscommunication between staff which we were apologized for and got small discount instead.

Review 3：Fantastic location, extraordinary food! The dinners (included in the "Halbpension", a really hard choice of two equally attractive "menus" every day) represented the quality of 5-star hotels, or even better - simply unbelievable. The hotel provided us (for no extra charge) with "Priel" cards that enabled us to use the chair lifts and other mountain transport vehicles for free, saving us 100s of Euros. The staff seems to be all one family, running the hotel themselves, with devotion and great expertise. Even though busy all the time, they always have a moment to smile at you and to make sure you feel taken care of.
