Review 1：The published dinner price at the time was incorrent.The charge in the adjacent restaurant was much higher and definitely no bargain.Wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off, black funghi around the rim of the bathtub.The entire premises badly need renovation.It seems like nothing has been done for decades.

Review 2：Very simple hotel in central location,quite good breakfast buffet.Easy parking just outside on an October weekend.Small room,but what can you expect for the price ?

Review 3：The staff didn't take care about what is happening in the rooms. Drunk people in the middle of the night doing noise during hours and the staff didn't move. A "sorry" it's not enough.

Review 5：Nice hotel, kind staff and clean room. In winter the heating system works perfectly. The location is about 10min walking from the city center and there is always free public parking spots nearby.

Review 6：The reservation included breakfast, but the provision is quite poor. The hotel bar opens very early, but the breakfast room does not open till 0830, far too late and the breakfast is extremely simple anyway. Even then there was no great enthusiasm to open up the facility! If visitors are going by train to Barcelona / Nuria or wherever the day trip train leaves at 0855. So why not offer breakfast in the bar?

Review 7：This hotel is very well placed for the rail station, which is why I visited, though I also like Puicerda itself. Whilst the town is "Up the cliff" there is an excellent and intriguing free of charge funicular and lift service provided by the local authority. Though the hotel does not have parking, there is plenty of public parking in the vicinity.

Review 15：It was rather basic for the price, but then Puigcerda seems expensive. There were no sockets in the room to charge a phone or laptop unless I unplugged the TV. Wifi is free but didn't reach my room.

Review 16：It was very quiet, good location by the station but an easy walk to the centre. It was clean, staff were very helpful, and the restaurant next door does a good value evening menu.

Review 19：Actually this is a very serious complaint against booking.com. When Iarrived at the hotel I found it was fully booked, which caused meconsiderable embarrassment and difficulty in finding alternativeaccommodation - Hotel Terminus will verify my statement.
