Reviews for Bridget Inn
Review 1:Being asked to arrive before 6pm and when arriving at 5:30pm finding a key and a phone number in an envelope. Other people later on had even worse deal. Booking a room in a hotel means to me you can access the hotel facilities. No!! All was dark and closed. Found an ashtray full of cigarettes in front of our room door. No internet connection!! Asking to meet with owner has been denied. Amazing bad off season deal!!!!
Review 2:Nice design. Over all except rotten spots in bread breakfast was good.
Review 3:WiFi coverage was very poor except in the very proximity of the reception area. We didn't get any coverage in room #9. The information says it should be available in all areas of the facility. The inner yard of the facility looked like a construction site instead of a finish hotel facility. It will probably look great when it's done though. The outdoor lightning outside our room (#9), wasn't working during our visit. Therefore it was a bit hard finding the doorlock when arriving late in the evening - probably just a broken lightbulb.
Review 4:The location was perfect when exploring central Naantali (Nådendal). We enjoyed staying in a outside room with a private space just outside the door. The breakfast was excellent. Not too much of everything as it normally is, but a focus on details. We enjoyed the possibility to make our own waffles and to have fresh berries go along with it. The hostess working during our visit took good care to check many times that the breakfast was all in order - even though we were just four people enjoying breakfast at that time. Good sense of hospitality!
Review 5:Wifi barely registered but not really an issue as 4G just about everywhere.
Review 6:Excellent place with quaint rooms and outside spaces. Great breakfast with good variety. Nice and quiet in both evenings and mornings. Easy access to the harbour, Moominworld and all the other delights of Naantali.
Review 7:Bathroom in the apartment needs updating. Stairs to the bedroom can be dangerous for small children and difficult for old knees..
Review 8:Location & breakfast waffles
Review 9:A little bit too expensive for such standard but generally there are inflated prices in every hotel in Nantaali.
Review 10:Possibility to make waffles on my own for breakfeast. There was cozily stay at this Hotel.
Review 11:We booked a room, but I think so did someone else at the same time, so we were put up in an apartment room 5mins away. The apartment was lovely inside, very quite, very comfortable, clean and in a great location for getting to the bus. Also we still got to have the breakfast buffet, so we were very happy.
Review 12:The bathroom wasn't completed, pipes under the sink were connected to the wall without proper jointing and perhaps that gave the bathroom a bit of a smell of a chemical. Top of the cupboard had never been wiped.
Review 13:Nice atmosphere, breakfast room is beautiful, breakfast quite good quality
Review 14:Fantastic place to stay with a group of people. Kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped and the place is very spacious and clean. Very friendly staff to finish with. Our stay has been extremely pleasant!
Review 15:We truly enjoyed the stay at this lovely b&b. The room was large and very clean. We had a room with a large bathroom. The bed could match any 4* hotel bed. The interior design was " fresh seaside lux" in the breakfast room with a warming fireplace. The breakfast with waffles, chocolates and tasty brie was a great surprise! Would go again..
Review 16:Our bedroom window didn't have curtains and we woke up with the sun early in the morning, although we didn't want to. WiFi didn't work during our stay, some breakfast plates were dirty. When kitchenet is in the room, towel paper and pepper-salt-sugar could be provided by the house.
Review 17:Bridget Inn is really close to Moomin World, located in picturesque Naantali old town, nice and quiet neighbourhood. Those who like to feel the touch of history should definitely choose this place. Breakfast was simple but tasty.
Review 18:WiFi does not work, toilet wasn't flushed when we arrived and there were half used shampoo bottles in shower, breakfast was acceptable but far from great, no kettle in room, lock on door extremely fiddly and hard to work.
Review 19:Good location, 5 minute walk from harbour. Staff were helpful and welcoming, nice home made bread and waffles at breakfast.
Review 20:Very nice wooden house, pretty rooms and surroundings.
Review 21:Good location and breakfast. There is also possibility to get oat milk, soya milk and gluten free bread in case of allergies.
Review 22:Nice location Traditional building
Review 23:Kindness of staff on our special needs for children.
Review 24:The hotel needs a little painting.
Review 25:Kind staff.
Review 26:No internet wifi in the room
Review 27:Athmosphere
Review 28:Below average food, a bit too shabby room to be chic and no shower gel or soap.

Review 33:The accommodation was very lovely and the breakfast was fantastic. The owner lady also amazing kind.
Review 34:-air conditioner was right across the bed, so it blew cold air rigt in your face -
Review 35:-interior design - restaurant
Review 36:Value for money not good enough during the high season.
Review 37:Really good restaurant, good food and service and a nice playground for the kids
Review 38:The bed is awful, I woke up in the middle of the night in pain. I have not slept in such a bad bed for a decade. It was quite cold in the room when we arrived, it took hours to heat it up. There was a shower gel dispenser in the shower, but it was empty. The hotel has no permanent reception, checking in and out is quite inconvenient. You have to call the staff if they are not on the premises, even though checkin hours were advertised as 14-22. Staff seems to be rather unprofessional, however they are nice.
Review 39:We booked a double room. Good location in the heart of Naantali. The room and other facilities were clean. The breakfast is decent. The Inn has a rustic stlye combined with modern elements. The bathroom is rather small, but clean and cozy.
Review 40:Off season; in the evening contact with the owner just by telephone. Thelocks of individual rooms not optimal; telephone advice "you justhave to lift the door to open the lock", which can be veryfrustrating
Review 41:Very nice Villa in a good Location;
Review 42:Very nicely furnished cosy hotel with an authentic atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Good location in the heart of the old town. Nice terrace outside. Would have liked to try the restaurant, but unfortunately it was closed. Good value for money!
Review 43:Very positive experience, no complaints at all. We were 3 couples + 2babies and shared the villa with thress bedrooms. All perfect! Greatbreakfast too.
Review 44:Everything was special! I have no objections or complains.
Review 45:I particularly appreciated the cordiality of the staff. They welcomed us and gave us a lot of tips, helped us with the luggage storage etc. I permanently had the feeling I was staying at somebody's home rather than in a bleak, lacking personality bed&breakfast. The vintage and cozy style, especially in the breakfast hall went to my heart. The play room full of educational toys, just next to our room (no. 2), was a plus, extremely appreciated by my 5 year-old son. Then, the inn is very well located: just a 10 minutes' stroll to Moominworld theme park. We also spent two nights in Naantali Spa Hotel during our stay in Naantali ( a five-star hotel), yet Bridget Inn was my favourite! .
Review 46:Poor entrance signage and check-in. Slipshod billing. Grim grey/black decor in (our) bedroom.
Review 47:Pleasant atmosphere. Chalet-like accommodation. Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good situation in town.
Review 48:On arrival, noboby around and the door closed. There was a maintanance guy who went to get someone. This lady was very nice though. Maybe it was a quiet time of the year, season starting
Review 49:Beautiful room, romantic, soft bed
Review 50:The beautiful premises and a 5min walk from the port make this a perfect place to stay in Naantali. Oh, and they have an excellent breakfast, too.
Review 51:The room was a bit small
Review 52:Cordiality of staff Very good location Very good breakfast
Review 53:staircase
Review 54:room for children breakfast
