Review 1：In spite of the director personally confirmed Basilika view (what has been the reason of choosing this hotel) we have got the side alley room. The staff had not been interrested in solving the situation. There are better hotels in Mariazell.
Review 2：Rooms could be more heated (this could be not managed in the room itself). The view out the window was to the central bus station.

Review 4：beautiful guesthouse with rustical atmosphere directly on the main square, excellent local food, rich breakfast, renovated and clean rooms with view of the basilica
Review 5：Gloomy atmosphere. A corridor of a bedroom with two singles not side by side. The worst half pension dinner and breakfast imaginable. By Austrian standards appalling!

Review 7：Out welcome was actually so curt as to make us feel we wished to move. However we did not see this young man with glasses again and everybody else was charming and friendly.
Review 8：Overlooking the main square. Old style furnishing in keeping with the date of building. Modern bathroom etc. Staff friendly except for the one we met upon arrival.
