Review 1：No bad experience but the hallways are a bit grim....dark and soulless. Maybe some plants by the lifts or pictures on the walls would be nice?
Review 2：Really welcoming staff. As we left early,(bad weather) I was able, very easily, to contact another P & V location (Alpes D'Huez) because our reception was closed and tell them we were leaving. It was dealt with quickly and politely and the La Montana Reception contacted me later in the day to check it had all gone well. The apartment was clean and tidy and - most important - warm at all times.
Review 3：No daily cleaning. Stayed 4 days with 4 people but only given one toilet roll. When we asked for more we were told we had to buy it. Advertises as a "hotel residence" but when you expect hotel amenity and services, they tell you it isn't a hotel, it's a "residence".
