Review 1：The pillows - they are absolutely awful, very thin. No shower curtain which makes it difficult to take a shower

Review 4：We liked comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Nice view from our room. DELICIOUS, generous breakfast with wide range of food. The breakfast room was nicely decorated with personal greeting on each table.It was very pleasant.
Review 5：I booked a triple room with an extra bed for the 4 of us. To much of my surprise the receptionist lady told me that they do not have a triple room at all and she sees a double + extra bed as booking. She then made us the family apartment available. Although it seemed on booking.com that the hotel is fully booked out, in reality there were hardly any guests...The apartment, although big in size, was worn down and dirty. A wasp colony settled on the balcony wall so the balcony and the room carpet at the balcony door were full of dead wasps while the lucky ones were still flying around in and outside in great quantity. We informed the reception. Nothing happened. They did not even come up to clean the dead animals...

Review 14：I love this serine hotel nestled in the woods well away from the bustleof the city. My second visit, we had a lovely room with small balconyoverlooking the forest. Very clean, large by any standard. I have eatenat the restaurant, convenient and good food. They have a very goodbreakfast buffet, I learned that the hotel has a sauna ans steam, freeto guest - after 4,000 km of motorcycling, it was really great to relaxin a steam room.

Review 17：Some rooms need redecoration and lack a balcony. It is worth a try to take a walk downstairs to the reception desk and see if a better room is available with better comfort for the same price.
Review 18：Hotel Dermuth i a pretty large hotel ran by the Dermuth family. Especially the restaurant is very good, as there are not very much nice restaurants in Klagenfurt. The hotel is nicely situated in a quiet area of Klagenfurt halfway between Klagenfurt inner-city and the Wörthersee. The hotel has very friendly staff as well as good parking facilties. Bicycles can be rented for free, and this makes a nice bicycle-ride alongside the Wörthersee a real joy.
Review 19：1.This hotel is not worth its 4 star rating2. The hotel was last renovated in 1970/80 and it showed 3. The price paid relative to the quality of the hotel was excessive 4. There was no air conditioning and the room was full of flies 5. We would not vist again or recommend to anyone else
